Private/Closed Dragon Ball Burst

Diover revved the engine on his bike before catching up to the group ahead of him. “I don’t know what exactly I’m doing, but this sure as hell beats sitting around all day. So much for this planet having nothing on it...” Diover started off into the distance, mostly to find something entertaining to look at. “And to think I’m trailing behind the wanderers with my old pal Damunga, my,how times have changed.” It seemed as though Diover was developing a tendency to talk to himself, even though he isn’t exactly known for being the most “Normal” person in the group.

"Wha- CELACION!" Lute couldn't let him go alone, no matter what. The Namekian decided he'd contact the others through telepathy if he had to. He chased after Celacion at high speeds.

As soon as Arcie, Damunga and Icicure went to the enourmous power level, he followed them at high speeds. He soon started to lose stamina, which he needed to fight, so he backed off, finding himself by the side of Diover. He kept on going.

Icicure shook her head, and got up. She responded to Arcie, "Yeah, I'm fine. It was just my first time ever riding such a vehicle. It went much faster than I expected it would go, but I think I might have a clue to how to ride it properly."

Icicure then got back unto the bike, and rammed up the engines once more. She was actually ready this time, but she felt a little less confident from the little situation that had just occured.

Arcie quickly hoped up behind Icicure and saw the older girl's confidence had been shaken, if only a little, and placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder.

"It's okay Icicure, just take it nice and easy. As you get used to it you'll find it to be a walk in the park. I'm right here with you." Arcie assured Icicucre.

-------------
"I take it you talk to yourself often?" Damunga asked back at Diover while he continued to follow the Wanderers, whose mere horses had been able to stay ahead of their astro-bikes which Damunga had to admit was odd. He figured their horses were far from normal themselves which fit given they had been the Wanderers.

-----------
Demona and Magnus tracked the bandits to their little hideout, which appeared to be a cave within the desert. Demon doubted the temple was there, but she figured if they were to corner the bandits she'd have a means of forcing them to help her search for it. With that, they kept their power levels low as they snuck inside unsure of what they were to find inside.

“Hmph. Keep in mind about a third of the time I spend awake isn’t shared by anyone else, since my skills are constantly being tested. I also didn’t have the grace that are allies for the last couple dozen years, unlike someone apparently.” Diover smiled a bit as Damunga caught him off guard, noticing his flaw.

Icicure smiled, and said, "Thanks, Arcie, but I really do think I know how to ride this vehicle now." And like that, Icicure went zooming off, making sure Arcie was secured before doing so, and was trailing behind Damunga and Diover, and Lao? Icicure wondered why he was there, but she shrugged it off and thought that it would be better to have more fighters on their side for whatever the power belonged to on this planet.

"These allies of mine are recent additions. I'm not used to it either..." Damunga replied simply as he along with the party followed the Wanderers as the trio on horseback led the group through the seemingly vast and empty desert.

-------------
Demona and Magnus had managed to sneak inside the bandits cave-layer as they saw a meeting of the dozens of members; they observed in silence as the survivors of their battle earlier warned of the pair though the other members had appeared skeptical of the threat; likely due to a lack of ki sense the members had.

"I understand your concern, but there is nothing to fear. We will send out more members with you to get revenge on these two fools." The leader replied...until his speech had been cut off by a ki blast right through the heart as he fell on his back and had been killed in an instant. The bandits all turned and saw Demona and Magnus as they hovered over them. Smoke came from Demona's finger as she blew it out before she sent a death glare to the members as she simply said one thing after having killed their leader.

"I have a job you all could help me with. Would be a shame if you all met his fate, so I'd advise against refusing this request."

------------

This went on for what Damunga insisted was an eternity, though in truth they had moved rather quickly through the sand. Soon enough, the Wanderers arrived at the top of a hill as they overlooked what just appeared to be almost a city-sized pit of sand. While Arcie looked on in aww from Icicure's bike Damunga looked annoyed as he glanced at the Wanderers.

"I don't see a temple here. Is there something I am missing?" Damunga asked as the lead Wanderer said nothing but motioned for the other two as they rode in opposite directions as the three seemed to form a triangle all around the impression. Each one than began to channel some energy; their bodies began to radiate with crimson red energy before they began to blast at the pit with their electric-like energy.

Each one began to repeat an incantation as this went on for a couple minutes. Then, their words came to a stop...their energy disappeared and silence befell the desert.

Before a loud rumbling began to echo as the sand parted and something began to emerge from the pit. Slowly but surely a large object began to rise; a golden temple that had been a size comparable to a city which fit the pit it had been buried under as soon enough the vast temple revealed itself as Damunga gave it a curious stare while Arcie looked on in aww.

Back on the ship, Sasha began to slowly wake up from her slumber. Once she was awake, she sat up and proceeded stretch a bit. "Wow! That was a great nap!" She said to herself. Her good mood did not last long as she sensed two enormous power levels, which was enough to make her gasp. "Woah....what high power levels," she said to herself.

Sasha walked out of her room, and looked around the ship for the others. After a bit of searching, she realized that no one was around. "They probably must've went out while I was asleep," she said to herself.

Arcie had been rather impressed at the temple, as Damunga eyed up with great interest, that it took her a couple minutes to realize something. At the moment she was with Damunga, Icicure, Diover and Lao along with the Wanderers. Arcie felt as if she was forgetting some....SASHA!

Crab baskets!

Arcie quickly flipped on her wrist communicator as she tried to get a signal through to Sasha before she spoke into it.

"Sasha? Are you awake?" Arcie asked, as she first had to check to see if the Saiyan had not been napping. Something Arcie realized that Sasha had a habit of doing but that had been beside the point as she just waited for Sasha to respond if she had been up.

"Okay, since no one is here.....What do I do now?" Sasha asked herself and that's when her Scouter began to receive a transmission. From the sound of it, she can instantly tell that it was Arcie. Sasha pressed the button on the Scouter to answer. "Hey, Arcie," she said, "Yeah, I'm awake. What's up? Where are you and everyone else?"

"Oh, well Damunga wanted to go meet with these...people called the Wanderers. To go find a temple and get some scripture. Everyone decided to tag along with him. And I forgot to wake you up which I am so sorry about! Do you have a way to track the signal of my communicator to find us or do you need another means to do so?" Arcie asked Sasha as the guilt she felt for "ditching" Sasha had been quite clear over the communicator as she asked the question to Sasha.

"So, it is in there?" Damunga asked as the leader of the Wanderers simply nodded in response.

"That along with many treasures. Though most desire to those who come end with tragedy." The lead Wanderer warned as Damunga seemed unphased by this. At least for now.

Diover whistled as he looked into the temple, peering in from the entrance. “No treasure in a place like this? You’ve got to be kidding me...this is enough money for me to actually have fun for at least a month straight!” Diover sliced a bit of the wall off and put it in his pocket, in case he needed to research something like this later.

The Wanderers observed as Diover made a rather...unexpected retrieval as Diover stole a section of the temple itself. They kept their unexpressive faces obscured by the cloaks though all of them seemed to just stare at Diover. Likely judging him, or wondering what a member of that clan was doing tagging with the banished heir or just his off the wall behavior.

Though Damunga desired what was inside the temple as he began to walk forward to the entrance. Arice had been quick to follow as Damunga was determined to find this scripture which he was convinced was the key to advancing to the next level.

------------
"Hey, they are weak and cowardly but they seem to know how to get around."

Demona and Magnus had quickly gotten the bandits, well the ones they had not slaughtered, to work with them in a "partnership." Demona and Magnus would get an escort through the desert on one of their sand sails. In exchange, the remaining bandits had been promised that they would keep their lives.

A fair exchange, not that the bandits had been in position to protest otherwise as they glided through the desert and tried to find this temple that Demona desired blindly. Without the Wanderers guide, it was likely to take much longer.

But, now that they had swift movement through the desert, how much longer remained to be seen...

"Arcie, it's alright. There's no need to apologize," Sasha said after hearing Arcie apologize, "Besides, I can find you guys just by sensing your energy. So, I'll catch up with you guys shortly." She pressed the button on her Scouter to end the transmission and walked out of the ship. After sensing the group's energy, she went up into the air and flew towards it.

Celacion gLanced back at Lute. “Don’t worry, I don’t intend to actually fight whatever is emitting that energy.” He said. When Celacion arrived at the location he was feeling the energy from, he didn’t see anyone. “There’s no one here.” He said.

To the dismay of Celacion, there was "someone" there, but it wasn't just him, there were multiple more powerful enemies aboard that ship.

"LORD! LORD!" exclaimed a soldier as he ran up towards an intimidating figure.

"What is it?" the intimidating figure asked.

"We sense two high energy signatures on the planet!" the solider responded, "They don't belong to any Acrosians, either, it's a Saiyan and Namekian!"

"A saiyan?" The figure asked with his fists tightening, "Wasn't TR-O5 meant to eradicate all of them, and have the survivors follow my lead?"

"I regret to inform you that TR-O5 was defeated in battle," the soldier responded, "Even though it possessed the ability to turn into an Oozaru and Super Saiyan." But before the soldier could say any more, a hole appeared on his chest as he fell unto the floor.

Hearing this news just angered the figure, and, he suspected the Saiyan to have some part of it, as he wasn't infected by the parasite.

"READY ALL SOLDIERS TO ATTACK THE SAIYAN AND NAMEKIAN!" the figure ordered, and as soon as he did, a multitude of soldiers started flying towards the direction of Lute and Celacion, all of them ready to fight.

--------------------------------------------------------

As Icicure kept riding her bike and following Damunga, she couldn't help but feel worried. Yes, there was that overwhelming power that was on the planet, but she felt as if there was another danger, a danger that was far from beyond their reach.

Arcie listened to Sasha's message and hoped that she would catch them as they closed in on the temple. At which point Damunga arrived next to Diover as he hoped off his bike and had returned it to its capsule before he placed it in his pocket. Damunga then glanced at Diover.

"Be sure not to damage to temple too much. Wouldn't want it to collapse on itself before I got what I came here for." Damunga said as he gazed on the main entrance of the temple. The Wanderers seemed content to remain outside the temple as Damunga soon began to walk into the temple with one goal in mind. Unaware of where this great power was on the planet as well as what was happening on a world distant from this one...

"Well good. Because I definitely don't want to fight someone as strong as-" Lute stopped as he saw a massive crowd of soldiers flying towards them. "Hoh SHIT!" Lute said. "Well, guess we're gonna have to fight." Lute started trying to fly around the soldiers, charging up his ki.

Lao calmly landed on the ground, behind Diover. He entered the temple, and nodded as Damunga ended to speak. He followed the group around, whatever was Damunga's objective. He learned that questioning him wouldn't do much apart from making Lao sound suspicious, which he didn't want to do.

Celacion looked upward at all the soldiers coming at his and Lute. “So much for not getting detected.” He siabe before jumping at the soldiers with an energy orb in hand. “Eraser Cannon.” He shouted as he threw his attack at the crowd of soldiers and blew it up. He then proceeded to dodge, block and counter all the soldiers who attacked him.

"Lord! These men are attacking our soliders, and are damaging them quite a bit!" A general exclaimed.

"Send more soldiers!" the Lord exclaimed, "I will call for the Sur Crem Force, and they'll be able to handle these runts with ease! But in the meantime, we'll fight with what's on board!"

Soldiers then started surrounding Celacion and Lute, seeming to be moving coordinatedly and being able to even dodge some of Celacion's attacks, though that's just because of how much they have in numbers. Some soldiers still got hit by Celacion's attacks, but their number was too big, it was barely noticable.

Damunga, along with Arcie and company, soon entered the temple as they entered the main chamber; vast in size with piles of sand along the walls and a series of discarded treasures all around it. Not to mention several aged pillars and some hieroglyphics on the wall. Hieroglyphics that, according to the old legends, hinted at events destined to happen though they were vague, hard to translate and often with incomplete endings. These artistic premonitions or treasures that others may or may not have value had been disregarded by Damunga as cared little for such material possessions or "meaningless" stories on the wall.

No, Damunga's focus had been on was a single stand in the center of the room. An old text laid there alone, dust over the black cover as an old white skull design was ever present. Damunga eyed it, this was it.

The book of the old ones. The secrets and techniques of the first clan. It's right there, and it's all mine!

Damunga could hardly contain his eager excitement as he began to approach. After the humiliation he had endured now things finally had swung in his favor.

-----------
"How can a temple be this hard to find in an open desert! My lady I know better not to question you but I cannot help but feel we are wasting our time here."

Magnus had shown his impatience as he and Demona had been escorted on the bandits sand sails, while the ride through the desert had been a neat novelty for about a minute Magnus had clearly grown tired of this. Though a quick glare from Demona had shut the brute up rather quickly as he kept silent while Demona gazed ahead.

"It is here, that much is certain. I am not leaving till my eyes gaze upon that temple." Demona said as Magnus let out a sigh before a thought had entered his head as he turned to Demona. Albeit with a fearful expression.

"S-say, didn't this stupid legend of yours say something about "guides" or whatever would lead us there directly?" Magnus asked, as despite his skepticism he figured if Demona had believed in it she would have tried that. Demona kept her gaze forward, avoiding looking at Magnus before she began to reply.

"Indeed, and I had tried that when we first arrived. However, the Wanderers only answer one call per time. Someone else has beaten us to that. Someone else desires to find that temple..."

“We’re going to need to bring out the big guns for this one.” Lute said, holding his hands over his chest again. “COMET BEAM SWARM!” He shouted, sending hundreds of energy beams out from his chest to blast a large quantity of the soldiers. After the attack, he clutched his side and huffed a bit. “Damn… that used up a lot of energy…”

Celacion backed away after watching Lute launch his attack. "These guys are trying to beat us by outnumbering us." He said. "Let's thin out their numbers a bit." He said before charging up two Eraser Cannons, one in each hand. "Double Eraser Cannon!" He shouted as he threw the two energy orbs at a crowd of soldiers. He then turned around and held his hand towards another crown of soldiers. "Trap Shooter!" He shouted as he shot many energy blast at them with one hand.

"Lord, our offense isn't doing anything to these guys! They're power....it might even rival the Sur Crem Force!" the general exclaimed.

"Is that so?" the tyrant said devilishly, "The Sur Crem Force is about to come any minute now, and let's see how right you are."

While all of the soldiers were swarming Lute and Celacion, a space ship started floating towards the battle scene. As soon as it stopped, and the doors of the spaceship opened, each soldier that wasn't fighting immediately stopped what they were doing and bowed towards the ship and the figure that was coming out of the ship.

The figure came out of the ship, and showed his full appearance. He really....didn't look like much. He definitely wasn't very muscular, some of the soldiers even beat him in that department, but he certainly was tall. He had purple skin and horns that petruted from his head. He stared at Lute and Celacion, and took out a scanner. As soon as the scanner got a read on the two warriors, the figure put it away, and said, "Druc. Eginog. I think you two are more than sufficient to take these two on."

Two other figures than appeared from out of the ship. One wore a black and silver armor suit and had a very muscular build and monstrous, while the other was smaller in size with a smaller build, had red, smooth skin, and more regular in appearance."

"Defeat these two in the name of Lord Dridice!" ordered the figure who was in the ship.

The two soldiers then charged Lute and Celacion. Both then charged a beam at the same time, which then caused the beam to fuse, which was then aimed towards Lute and Celacion. The beam killed some soldiers while it was at it.

Lute grunted. He focused his energy inwards and charged up an attack. "COMET BEAM!" he shouted, launching the attack forwards. It blasted against the beam, and the two dissolved simultaneously. "Celacion! Give me cover!" Lute ordered, flying back. If I have enough time to transform into my Warrior form, I should be able to beat these two...
The bulky one in the armor flinched back a bit before firing another energy beam forwards, this one solo.

Celacion jumped in front of the beam shot by Druc. "You got it Lute." He said before holding his arm forward. "Eraser Rifle!" He shouted before shooting a green energy orb from his palm at the beam Druc shot.

Eginog noticed how the Saiyan wanted to help out the Namekian in the battle, and decided to intervene. He then rushed in to send the Saiyan a powerful kick, and after that, Eginog shot multiple blasts at the Saiyan.

--------------------------------------------

Icicure stood there. She was extremely nervous. From the massive power on the planet to the sick feeling she had in her stomach, she felt as if something was going to wrong and she couldn't really shake the feeling away.

Celacion noticed Eginog throw a kick his way. “Oh you want to go too huh.” He said before he drew back his arm he used to fire the Eraser Rifle with and used to counter the kick with an elbow strike. He then pulled his other arm back and charged a green energy orb after seeing Eginog shoot many blast at him. “Trap Shooter!” He shouted as he swung his arm forward and threw many energy orbs at the multiple blasts that was shot at him.

As Damunga approached the scripture, the power level this planet and whatever "feeling" Icicure had that he had been unaware of mattered little to him. All Damunga desired was that scripture.

Though as he touched it, it seemed that Damunga had unknowingly triggered a trap. as a metal case closed around the scripture and the sand around the temple began to gather together and form an entity. Soon enough, a hulking sand beast appeared before Damunga and all within the temple as it delivered a strike Damunaga just managed to avoid. Damunga scowled at this.

So, this temple has security to it? Whatever, bring Kami himself before me I shall not be denied!

----------
Though Damunga's problems may have only just began, as it seemed finally the sand sails moved toward the direction of the temple. Demona and Magnus had still be a fair's way away, but given their current path it seemed all but inevitable that they'd find the temple.

Druc flew in between Eginog and Celacion, letting his armor take the full brunt of the attack. He flew straight at the Saiyan, rearing back his arm, hoping that Eginog would flank Celacion.
Lute, meanwhile, had quickly sped on top of one of the spaceships. Checking for energy, he didn't sense anyone else coming towards him - it seemed like they were all focused on Celacion's fight. Lute began to gather his ki, and he was covered in what looked like a green flame.

Lao glanced at the sand, soon forming an entity. He backed off a few meters. "Damunga, Is that what you will do for this... thing?!" He glanced at his back, seeing an approaching big power level. "I feel like something strong is coming. We don't have time enough to deal with this thing." He said as his hands were split in half, and moved to the side of his arms, revealing a hole inside the part. The hole suddenly started to glow. "Destroyer Cannon!" He said, launching a powerful blast, followed by multiple beams and ki balls at the beast.

Eginog would go to the opposite side of Druc, and he would then shoot multiple ki-blasts directly at the Saiyan warrior.

"Lord Dridice!" exclaimed the general, "The Namekian has entered our ship! Should I send in more fleets to take care of the nuisance!?"

"No need," Lord Dridice responded, "I have already called on the Elite to handle this mess if the Sur Crem Force couldn't. That Namekian will easily fall to them."

----------------------------------------------

Icicure had felt the huge power which seemed to be coming in closer.

Lao seemed to have the right idea, defeat the beast so Damunga could get his scriptures. Icicure then powered up to 50% and charged the sand beast, firing multiple finger blasts directly at it.

"Damunga, get those scriptures now!" Icicure exclaimed, "Lao and I will handle this beast! And hurry up, a malicious and strong ki is coming this way, and it won't take long for her to arrive!"

Celacion held up his arms to block the punch thrown at him by Druc. He then glanced back and saw Eginog shooting multiple blast at him. “Crap.” He said to himself as he was hit by the blast. Celacion then dashed sideways. He then noticed Lute was powering up. “Better keep the attention on me.” He said before lowering his arms. “You guys are pretty good, I don’t think I'll be able to beat you like this so let me show you something we Saiyans are known for.” He said with a smirk before he started gathering energy. His aura flared up before his hair turned golden and a roar escaped Celacion. “This is a Super Saiyan, I’m sure you know of it.”

Damunga had been prepared to blast the beast, though Icicure cut him off and urged him to get the scripture before this malicious key would get to their location.

Damunga held back his tongue for a quip as the blasts turned the sand-beast to a pile of sand, though it had quickly began to reform itself. Damunga used this time to bash the trap box it had sealed itself in as he grabbed the scripture. At the same time, the sand-beast launched a pair of punches aimed at Icicure and Lao with the intent to blow past them and focus on the "thief" before he had a chance to flee the temple.

------------
As Demona and Magnus rode through the desert, Demona's eyebrows raised for a moment before they settled. For a brief moment, Demona swore she sensed some ki in the distance. Though Demona had not focused on sensing ki nor had the ki itself escalated much. So Demona thought for half a moment that she may have just been imagining things. Not that she had anything to fear in this barren wasteland of a world as the bandits continued to glide them in the direction of the temple.

Eginog didn't seem fazed by the Saiyan's transformation whatsoever.

"You have a transformation, so what?" Eginog said, "Druc and I haven't even begun to be serious, so your little transformation might be more fun than anything else."

Eginog then powered up, and charged Celacion, sending a fury of punches and kicks at the Saiyan.

------------------------------------------------

Icicure blocked the beast's punch by crossing her arms. Icicure would then create a ki-blade around her arm and slash at the beast's arm, slicing it off. Before the beast could do anything else, however, Icicure blasted at the beast's eye, hoping to distract it.

"HURRY, DAMUNGA!" Icicure exclaimed.

"I don't need to be reminded!" Damunga snapped, though he followed Icicure's advice as he took the scripture and began to fly away from the exit. The sand beast had been distracted and blinded by Icicure's blast to its eyes. Though on impulse it slammed his hand into the floor as the sand seeped through the ground and appeared just before Damunga could escape as a sand wall formed from the ground which caused the demon to curse.

"Cheap tricks!" Damunga yelled as he fired several blaze ki blasts at the wall to chip away at the wall. The sand beast recovered its vision as it aimed its free hand at Damunga and fired dozens of sand bullets aimed for his back; the intent to pummel Damunga while he had been busy chipping away at the sand wall.

Druc nodded, maneuvering behind Celacion and making a move to grab him under the arms and hold him in place.
Lute opened his eyes, letting out a heavy grunt. He bulked up into a massive meatcake, going into Warrior mode, before flying straight at Eginog. "HEY BITCH, REMEMBER ME?!" he shouted.

Lao blasted the beast's arm away, making heavy damage. Lao felt the huge power gap beetwen him and Icicure, even after his training. But he didn't have the time to worry about that; he needed to distract the beast. He aimed at the sand monster's stomach, and the gun inside his arm started to charge up again, quickly blasting his stomach multiple times. "DID YOU FORGET ABOUT US, FRIEND?" He shouted, heavily increasing his voice at the 'friend' part. He let off a grin, and continued to blast the beast, until the beast's chest was reduced to dust.
