Question... how will the friendly morphed demons introduce themselves... they aren't gonna just walk up to a demon slayer and go "hi! I'm a friendly demon! I won't try and kill you when you turn your back! Honest!!"

Yeah, friendly demons probably shouldn’t be included for awhile. Let the slayers have a long time to develop, then think about adding the friendly demons.

What about some small personal training? You don't need a partner to train(just having something to hit or fighting techniques/forms should suffice) ... they can improve their skills while remaining hidden from the sun and out of sight of the demon slayers.

I've watched episode six recently... I really like the scene where the camera switched to Tanjiro's perspective and you see him hold his sword as he ran... I was planning on watching episode seven later today...

Also, I think the teams should be split based on prior interaction between characters; since there are already established alliances made during the Selection, it would help things go more smoothly in a sense(?). Just a small suggestion though

That makes sense, but then shouldn't they go with other characters they haven't interacted with? Otherwise they won't know each other.
