Can the admins unlock locked topics?

This is a weird(stupid) question and this topic will be locked after I get my answer. If the admins can lock topics can they unlock them as well? And why would you? I thought of this burning question as I read the topic of the Realm of the N00bs that went too far. There are new N00bs that need to be added, so will they?

I tried my very best to stop myself from asking but I could help it.

Yes, locked topics can be unlocked and relocked at any time. (nods)

Regarding n00bs that went too far - that status is applied to rule-breaking n00bs after they have been given two warnings, if they continued rule-breaking. If we find more rule breakers, rest assured that they shall be handled swiftly. ^_^
