"Welcome to Battle Tech University. BTU is the most esteemed Pokémon trainer school In the world. Located in LaRousse city, Hoen region. It boasts the most sophisticated trainer experience. Our courses are highly competitive and geared towards making you a stronger, faster, and smarter Pokémon trainer..."

The introduction ceremony speech drones on as the other first year trainers around you all quite worn out from the entrance exam. There was no warning in the pamphlet for the 3v3 single elimination battles that immediately sent home half of this years BTU Hopefulls.

The beautiful blond third year welcomes allof you again before exiting the stage for an administrator Dr.Hornbeam, a middle agedgentleman. He informs you to head to the dorms to receive your room and meet your roommate.

Alan wakes up just in time to hear theinstructions to head to the dorms. Rubbing the sleep out of eyes he yawns and refers to the map function on the PDA that was distributed to each accepted student.

Shuffling out into the crisp night air among the jostling students. Alan looks behind him at the conference center before stepping onto the moving sidewalk heading toward the dorms. The conference center was a large domed building the ceiling a giant glowing pokeball. They had divided the building into two sections for theintroduction. Half was used for the Pokémon battles. The other for the speech.

The sidewalk ends in a large pavilion in front of the boy's dorm. The building looks like a modern apartment building. Through the windows of the ground floor a 24 hour mess hall is visible with several older trainers milling around.

A sign posted by the door in the lobby states that first years are housed on the third floor of the dorms, that floor being the first floor with bedrooms on it. The second floor being home to a recreation center.

Taking the stairs up to the first floor Alan manages to find the RA a tall third year named Sam. "What's your name" he asks looking down at a list of names on his clipboard

"Alan Race" he answers looking back at the crowd of students coming out of the elevator into the hallway.

"Room 316 " he says before pulling out a scan gun and scanning Alan's PDA the machine beeps registering the room code before Alan continues into the Hallway searching for room 316

Mike stood there for most of the time in the ceremony doing nothing. At most he tried to listen for anything important, but all he heard was stuff about how the school was great. There was a bit of sweat visible from the entrance exam, but that quickly dried. He was mostly using his PDA to talk to his friends, and then he heard someone say to return to the dorms. Mike had already came before to see stuff about the University, so he quickly left without looking at his map.

After following the sidewalk, he reached the boys' dormitories. Mike started walking up the stairs, but got interrupted by a third year. "Name," the older student said. Mike raised an eyebrow and said he was Mike Light. "You're room number 317," he told him. Mike nodded as he watched his PDA get scanned. He looked in the hallway for the room and eventually saw the number. Then Mike saw someone next to him. "Guess we're neighbors," he said as he walked inside.

The crowds bothered Anna a little. Being confined within such a large room with so many bodies made it hard to listen to anything the people on the stage were saying. The moment the doors to the outside opened, she hung back. Trying to let everyone get out and away from her before pulling up the fancey little PDA she had been given. Fiddling with it wishing she had just been given a paper map. Slowly she made her way over to the girls dormitories. Standing outside for a moment to watch the others in front of her walk in before following. As she walked, someone stepped in front of her with a clipboard. "Name." She drawled. Anna drew up short and took a second to process the question. "Uh, Anna. Anna woods." The lady gave a nod and just stepped aside. "Room 320." Anna thanks her and makes her way up the stairs to her room.

Asseylum was said to always have an up-beat attitude, but she takes certain things seriously. She took the whole speech seriously, listening to every word. After getting her PDA, she made her way to girls dormitories. She entered with an excited attitude, and then got stopped. "Name?" The person asked. "Asseylum Sorice," she answered cheerfully. "Room 320," they told her. She made her way to the third floor, towards her room, to find another girl. She assumed she was her roommate, so she approached. "Hi! I'm Asseylum," she said.

The trip to LaRousse City had proved to be rather quick and easy, her documentation easily organized by the high-tech system that the entire area operated on. The initial ceremony, however, was a bit of a bore. Although the words are spoken honestly, it seems like Atty had heard everything before. Do well this... Work hard that... Sure she listened, but she already understood what she was in for prior to even stepping onto the island. She took a deep breath once the speeches were all done with, following the others of her year in a neat formation as new students were to be given their assigned rooms.

Her turn came and went, giving out her name and receiving a number in return. "Name?" She was asked, just like all the other trainers before her.
"Atlas Bennett."
"Room 319."

Atty said her thanks, giving a quick nod before hauling herself to the third floor, which housed the rest of the first years. She gave one look over to 320, the neighboring room, watching as a girl entered, another one following right after. Looks like her neighbors were already getting situated. Atty herself, however, had a bit of unpacking to do. She rolled her suitcases inside, retrieving them after the opening ceremony. Gently setting both of them on their sides, she began to rummage through them, starting off by putting her extra clothes away. Hopefully, in due time, whatever roommate she would be assigned with would show up soon.

Finally reaching the doorway labeled 316 Alan heard the electronic lock beep as it registered his PDA. Stepping into his room Alan removed the pokeballs from his belt releasing the creatures inside with a flash of red light. Charmander, Treeko, and Sneasel appeared on the floor around him. “Welcome Home Team...” he says with a sigh as he sets his bags on the bed nearest to the window. “I’m going to have a look around, see if I can meet any of the other new trainers”
Alan crouched down and pulled Charmander and Treeko close. “Just try not to destroy the place while i’m gone...”

On that final note he exited the room, and made his way out of the dorm and down into the courtyard.

Zeph was totally stoked for the upcoming year. Although the surprise three versus three battles kinda sucked as it meant that half of the first years were already kicked out of the program, he relished in the fact that he and his companions had earned their rightful place at BTU. The formalities seemed like a blur - except for certain blondes in the third year, allowing him to at least listen to some of the information provided - as he was ushered from place to place before being released to his dorm.

Eventually making it to the boys dorm (too many new gir- uhh, people, to meet), he received his room number - #316 - along with some hasty general directions from a rather tall third year who looked like he wished he was somewhere else.

Arriving at room number 316, the electric lock opened, triggered by his PDA he had received earlier. Walking in, he found signs that somebody, probably his roommate, had arrived in the room some time earlier, the major sign being the Charmander, Sneasel, and Treeko that were currently exploring the room.

"Blast it, missed my roommate! Ah well, we'll have to run into each other eventually." Zeph concluded as he called out his team comprised of his Ralts, Scyther, and Froakie, "Thank you guys so much for getting me here again. I'm going to go and see if I can meet up with some other students. Try not to tick his team off too much alright? Cool, see you guys later!"

And with that, he began to head off back to the courtyard.

Surprised, Anna gave a slight squeak and turns to face the unfamiliar person. A pokeball on her belt glows and busts open, a small eevee bounces out and gives a quite adorable growl. Anna is quick to pick the small fluffy creature up and sooth her. Anna mutters out an apologizing to the girl for the Pokemons behavior before suspecting that perhaps this person was to be her roomate. "Nice to meet you Asseylum, I'm Anna. Are you perhaps my roomate?" She asks, giving her all white outfit a glance. Wondering how it was even humanly possible to keep all that so clean.

Charles went inside the hallway somewhat later than everyone else after managing to catch his breath from the entrance exam and the introduction speech putting a significant amount of pressure on the Bagon being cradled in his arms. All the Bagon could think about was a fourthcoming trip to the Nurse’s Office after a brief look at his trainer’s PDA before arriving at the university. Even though the Bagon managed to sneak out of the three on three battles earlier, it was impossible for him to contain the smallest of tears due to some small, faint bruises on his right arm that would likely heal in about an hour or two even if untreated.

Once the resident assistant asked Charles the usual question of his name like the assistant did for the previous students, Charles replied, “Charles Tangi.”

“Room 320,” The resident assistant promptly responded while Charles gave a slight nod of approval and made his way over in the hallway.

When Charles got to his room after about a minute of swift walking, the first sound that came to mind was a brief beep. The door gave way after the lock registered his PDA, as he went into his room and thought, “Hmm... at least this place doesn’t look so bad like that one guy who told me earlier. I guess I’d better take the little guy with me or else he’ll be crying and banging on the door for who knows how long...”

Charles went out of his room after managing to lock the door in a matter of half a minute. The Bagon gulped when he noticed his trainer was heading for the courtyard, as he clutched onto his small compound bow with a shaky grip. A few more tears fell, as the Bagon covered his watery eyes as much as he could with the help of his compound bow. It was probable that the Bagon was likely going to experience such an arduous time for the poor little Pokémon.

Alan strode into the lamplit courtyard. The field was abuzz with activity as the last of the first years leaving the ceremony.

Alan walked through the crisp fall air until he found a bench and had a seat. Pulling a flask from the inner pocket of his jacket he took a drink before reclining on the bench and looking up at the stars.

Surprised by the Eevee, she took a step back. After listening to girls apology, she responded with a simple "it's alright." She looked around quickly before returning to the conversation to hear the introduction. "Nice to meet you, Anna! It seems like we are roommates." After a few moments, she entered the room to set her stuff down. "Come on out, everyone!" She said as a fennekin, ralts, and amaura appeared in the middle of the room. Within a few seconds, fennekin was exploring, while amaura decided to claim a bed, and ralts came over to Asseylum. "If it's too much, I can return them," she said to Anna.

Charles’s grip tightened when the Bagon attempted to squirm out of his arms, as the Bagon began to quietly mewl in his trainer’s arms. The Bagon looked away from the trainer drinking from their flask on a bench, as the Bagon could only hope that the man would not notice his face covered in a small flood of tears by now.

Sensing a major trouble in the Bagon’s long gone composure, Charles decided to sit as straight as he could on the bench across from the boy. The Bagon turned towards his trainer the moment when the nearby lamps casted an intense amount of light against his watery eyes. He continued to snivel in his trainer’s arms while his trainer attempted to find the quickest and easiest way to calm the sobbing Pokémon.

Mike put his belongings down on a bed, which he considered as claiming it. Then he let out all of his Pokémon and let them relax, not caring if they might cause a ruckus or do something to anger his roommate. He found a chair and laid back on it. Meanwhile, his Pokémon were taking in their new surroundings.

Rowlet was flying around and inspecting everything. Totodile just sat on a bed and laid down to relax. Torchic got on Mike's lap and cuddled against him. The trainer decided he felt too warm, mostly because of Torchic, and put the Pokémon on the ground. Rowlet had made a few things fall on the ground, but Mike didn't really care and didn't bother to clean them up. He stood up and started leaving the room. "C'mon guys," he said to his Pokémon as he opened the door. Rowlet flew on to the hood of Mike and Totodile and Torchic just followed their trainer from behind.

Mike decided to go to the courtyard and maybe meet some people. He left the dormitory building and headed towards the location he was looking for. After a short couple of minutes, he found it without looking at his map, which he had left in his room. He saw someone with a Bagon crying and decided to let them be. Then he saw someone with a bit of blue hair on a bench. "Hey, aren't you my neighbor?" Mike asked.

Alan looked at the boy who had sat next to him with a cold glare before checking himself mentally ‘play nice with others..’ he repeated in his head as he forced a softer expression and a smile.
“Possibly..” He shrugged and took another drink from his flask before returning it to the jacket pocket “Room 316, I’m Alan”

Mike raised an eyebrow and sighed. "Guess you are. I'm Mike, Alan. You know, I caught that glare. If you just want to act nice then I don't really care. I came here to meet people. Not pretend I'm in a play date with them," he told him. "By the way, do you even have Pokémon? Or did you just sneak in? Or maybe you're just too lazy of a trainer to even care for them," he said with a smirk. Rowlet appeared above Mike's head which caused the trainer to sigh as he put the Pokémon on the ground.

“I don’t mean to be unfriendly...” Alan explained averting his eyes “I’ve never really been allowed to interact with people my own age. You see, my father owns a casino back in Kanto and the only thing he cared about was me taking over the family business. Nothing but schooling and lessons and sitting in on meetings. It was horrible, I’ve only ever wanted to be a Pokémon trainer”

Mike stared at Alan as he felt bad for the kid. "Wow. Uhh, yeah. Just wow. I'm sorry that you had to live like that your entire childhood. That uhh sucks. To say the least," he said honestly. "I... I don't have a backstory like that. I'm just a kid who wants to learn how to become a good trainer. I've traveled to regions with my family, but the only reason I even have Pokémon are because I got them for birthday presents. Well, now you're here. You don't have to worry about family business. All you have to care about is staying in school, I guess."

“ I wanted to let my Pokémon rest in my room after their battles today, my uncle helped me to capture them after I ran away last year” Alan stood up from the bench stumbling a little bit “you could come meet them if you’d like, I think i’m Headding up”

"I just let my Pokémon follow me," Mike told Alan a bit embarrassed. He looked at his Pokémon however, and they looked happy to be with their trainer. Then he turned back to Alan. "Sure, sounds great. I already accomplished my goal over here, so I guess I'm heading up, too," he said. Rowlet fly and smiled since he was excited to meet other Pokémon.

Chris walked down the hallway, a flood of worries rushing through his head
Will I do good here?
Are the other students nice?
Where's Zorua?

"OH NO! ZORUA IS MISSING AGAIN!"
Suddenly, Chris heard a terrified scream at the registration desk. Chris glanced up and he instantly felt both relieved and a bit annoyed at the same time. A huge Salamence was flying around causing tons of panic.
Chris called out to his Pokemon: "Zorua, can you just stay put for one second?"
The Salamence suddenly disappeared, revealing a small fox-like Pokemon. Zorua smiled up at its trainer, looking very eager.
Chris told Zorua: "You can make your illusions later, but can you please hold still now?"
Zorua giggled mischievously, but obeyed the command.
Chris then walked up to the resident assistent and said: "Sorry about that, Zorua here is a bit of a prankster. Anyways, my name is Chris, and I would like to know which room I am assigned to."
“Room 321,” The resident assistant replied, still looking a bit shaken.

When Chris found his way to Room 321, he decided to just stay and wait for his new roommates to arrive.

"No. Its quite alright." Anna starts "I was actually gonna go take a look around the campus after putting my stuff in the room." Cradling the pokemon, Anna nods and slips past Asseylum and starts down the stairs. She gets to the second floor before deciding she should perhaps explore the building shes supposed to be housed in instead. She exits the stairs onto the second floor. Slightly in awe at the amount of technology here. Her hand slides across the keyboard and tapping the spacebar. The computer jumps to life with a quite whirring. Her eye focus on the screen and suddenly all she can think of is her home back in the middle of no where. Quite, and sparse of people. Her Eevee whines quitely in an effort to be allowed down, Anna lets go of her and continues back down the stairs and outside to the courtyard. Undecided as to where to go next. She goes off to the set of giant pokeballs in the distnace.

A vibration was felt through the leathery bag, as Charles grabbed the PDA while the email read, "Please come see me right away at the Nurse's Office. A prescription of supplements are here for Bagon."

"Well, guess we have to go. Hopefully there won't be any of that pointy stuff involved," Charles whispered to the Bagon while the Bagon's eyes started to tear up again. His trainer swiftly made his way towards the Nurse's Office while passing by some other trainers along the way.

Once Charles got to the Nurse's Office in a matter of a few minutes, he opened the cloud white door to reveal a lady in pink hair standing behind a counter with a Meganium vigilantly standing beside her.

"You came quick, the prescription is right here on the counter. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me all you want," The Nurse explained while eyeing at the Bagon turning away from her.

"Hey, it's okay. Look at me, I'm Nurse Joy... joy as in happiness, not as in pain like some Pokémon like to call it as. Now now, I know you might be a bit scared of needles like some other small Pokémon are, so these supplements here are used for mixing with your drink. Don't worry, they won't taste or smell any different. I promise," The Nurse added while the Bagon shrunk in fear, covering his face after hearing an infantile scream coming from the room behind the counter.

A blue, tiny turtle Pokémon came bolting out of the room with a Chansey rushing after him! The turtle Pokémon rolled in the opposite direction of the Chansey's lunge, as Charles's attention was focused at the bandages the turtle Pokémon had on. The Nurse shrieked, "Ahh! What are you doing Squirtle? You should be resting and letting the Chansey giving you your medicine, not running around like that! You can't be battling in that condition!"

"S- Squ... Squirt! Squirt!" The Squirtle retorted in a weak, hesitant voice while performing a swift somersault in the reversed direction to elude the Chansey's next attempt at grabbing him.

"How is he still walking? He looks like he survived three wars at once! I need to get him to take his medicine... but how? He looks like he doesn't exactly like it, though I have to get his trust somehow... just how would I though?" Charles mused while the Bagon watched the Squirtle expelling a forceful shot of water at the floor to allow himself to quickly gain the momentum needed to put some distance from himself and the Chansey. He landed next to Charles, while the Bagon watched his trainer attempting to think of what to do with the Squirtle before the Nurse, Chansey or Meganium would intervene.

Although the ceremony didn't have any important notes, Alexis wrote down the whole thing, thought it was going to be useful. She liked to take it the old fashioned way, not taking the moving sidewalk, she walked to the dorms. Looking around the University a lot of questions started to flow in her mind. "Seems high-tech for a school. . . I wonder if Silph-Co provided any help in this construction. . . I hope to gain more intellect here." she thought as she stopped to look up at the modern building upfront. "Girl's Dorm, yep this is the right place" she mumbled as she looked at a map on her PDA. As she stepped in an older trainer asked for her name, she seemed to be a third year trainer here. With out hesitation Alexis replied "My name's Alexis", the girl gave a nod and told her that her room was room 319. Alexis continued to the third floor, she used her PDA to navigate around and sooner or later she found her room, as she opened the door to her room she saw another female trainer unpacking her things, assuming that she's her roommate Alexis introduced herself "Hi, you must be my roommate nice to meet you my name's Alexis" she said as she put down her backpack on a bed situated on her left.

As Alan entered the Boys Dormatory he felt the PDA buzzing in his pocket. He pulled it out to reveal a message from the school administration with the Headder

{C-Track Schedule, Fall 2018}

Alan continued to make his way towards his room, tapping on the message to reveal its contents as he entered the elevator.

Stepping into the hallway on the 3rd floor of the dorm Alan is greeted by the smell of smoke. The smell grows stronger as he approaches his room And slips inside.
The room is completely trashed and filled with smoke. Running across the room Alan throws open the window above his smoldering bed allowing the smoke to escape when he notices his two little Pokémon Treeko and Charmander passed out and battleworn on the sheets.
Acting quickly to clean up the room Alan gathers his unburnt belongings stuffing them back into his bag while tossing the smoldering ones into the bathtub. With the room no longer trashed he takes one last look around at the smoke stained walls before removing a large clear bottle from his bag

Charles recalled the Bagon back into his ball after seeing the Bagon starting to doze off. The Bagon slept in his ball while Charles picked up the Squirtle and calmly stated, “I’m sorry to do this... but she’s kinda right. I can’t let you hurt yourself. Just relax and we’ll get through this quicker.”

Recollection flashed through the Squirtle’s eyes after hearing the trainer holding him, as he took in a deep breath while replying, “S- Squ... Squirt...”

“Look, I understand you might not like being here, and that’s okay... but I can only tell you one thing: Relax and you can probably get out of here quicker,” Charles explained after feeling the Squirtle’s body trembling about.

The Nurse looked over at Squirtle being held in Charles’s arms, while noticing the Squirtle starting to feel somewhat calmer towards the trainer. It was almost as if this trainer had something standing out from the prior trainers coming over and attempting to gain his trust. The Squirtle looked up at Charles while pointing towards the doorway, as Charles said to the Nurse, “So... aren’t we going to give him his medicine or something? He looks like he doesn’t exactly like to wait around.”

“Oh, right... Chansey, please go back to the room to watch the other Pokémon. Meganium, please go back to the counter. I’ll handle this,” The Nurse replied while the two Pokémon swiftly obeyed her commands.

The Nurse grabbed a bottle of pink liquid and slowly poured it into a tiny cup until the liquid reached the marking labeled as the number fifteen. She went over to the Squirtle while stating, “Open wide Squirtle, this isn’t going to hurt you or anything... and it won’t taste or smell strange either, I promise.”

The Squirtle opened his mouth partway, with little room to allow the medicine to come in. He heard the Nurse proclaiming, “Look, I can’t exactly give you the medicine if you’re opening your mouth like it’s some sort of poisonous substance. Now please open wide so I can give you your medicine.”

The Squirtle groaned and submitted to the Nurse’s command, as he winced the moment when he swallowed the tiny amount of medicine in the small cup. Charles kept the turtle Pokémon held with a modest grip while hearing the little Pokémon take in a series of shallow breaths.

“Relax, it’s just medicine. There’s nothing poisonous or anything... if there was then I’d expect karma to give justice by now,” Charles declared while patting the top area of the Squirtle’s shell, taking great care to avoid touching the bandaged areas. The Squirtle watched the Nurse writing some sort of note for him, while giving a slight nod towards the trainer after listening closely.

Atty's attention was drawn to the sudden presence if someone walking into the room, her head turning to the source of the noise. There stood a girl, presumably with her own belongings. Putting on her best smile, the trainer peeled herself away from organizing her closet in order to introduce herself. "Yeah, hi!" She extended out a hand, nails painted a soft pink to match her overall demeanor. "My name's Atlas. But if you wanna be casual, you can just call me Atty."

She scanned over the girl, getting a good look at her new roommate. She was a little bit younger, but only a inch or so shorter. There was one feature Atty had to vocally comment on, having a fondness for Alexis already. "I like your hair, by the way!" First impressions were imporant, and what better way to come off as welcoming than a compliment?

The trip to LaRousse city was a long one, Henry had missed the ceremony and a lot sleep, thankfully the city's moving sidewalks helped him to getting to the BTU quickly, he was so tired he might as well sleep while standing up. On the other hand, his Fletchling was happily chirping on his shoulder, Henry let out a small chuckle and said "At least you got some rest," followed by a yawn.

Upon arriving to the BTU Henry quickly headed for the dorms. At the boy's dorm entrance he was interrupted by someone not much older than him, probably another student "Name?" the person asked. "Henry Cross" he replied. "You are in room 321," the person said. Henry nodded and quickly went to his room.

Once he got to the door he let out the rest of his pokémon out of their balls. "Ax!" Axew exclaimed while Staryu looked calm, Fletchling remaining on Henry's shoulder. Henry opened the room's door and said "This is where we'll be staying. It's nice, don't you think?" while heading for the free bed. He noticed another student in one of the beds, "Hi, name's Henry," he said, yawning afterwards, "sorry about that, didn't get much sleep during the trip here", he apologized and sat on his bed.

"ok!" Asseylum said. After Anna left, she set down her stuff. "I say we should explore!" She claimed to her Pokemon. Amaura and ralts returned to their pokeballs, and fennekin wanted to explore with Asseylum. She left the room, and went to the first floor. After finding where everything's at, she left the building and entered the courtyard. A lot of new kids were out and about, but she stuck to her original goal. Her PDA vibrated, which she checked, and found a schedule. "Looks like we start our lives here soon," she said to fennekin.

The Nurse looked over at Charles and the Squirtle being cradled in the trainer’s arms, as she asked, “Umm... I don’t usually ask anyone this, but the Squirtle seems to be liking you a lot more than the other trainers for some reason. Could you do a very big favor?”

“I’m guessing you want me to take care of him right?” Charles swiftly replied while the Squirtle gave a quick nod at him.

“Yes, I am asking that because he doesn’t have a trainer... and he doesn’t exactly like sitting around here,” The Nurse said while the Squirtle lightly tapped the Kasaya Charles had on.

“You could use another friend, since I’m pretty sure that according to your records, you only have one right now. You’re going to probably need at least two for the battle exams,” The Nurse added after placing a pen on the counter.

“Well, if you really want me to have him... then I suppose I’d better ask the little turtle if he agrees,” Charles responded while looking down at the Squirtle. The Squirtle gave another nod at Charles while giving his best attempt at hugging his new trainer.

“Hmm... I guess he already beat me to that one,” Charles thought while smiling at the Squirtle.

“So it’s decided then, you’re going to be his trainer. Before you go, I have something I need to give you,” The Nurse stated while the Meganium placed down a bottle of the same pink medicine the Squirtle drank earlier, along with a Poké Ball on the bottle’s left side.

Charles looked over at the small slip lying aside the bottle, as it read:

"Thanks" Alexis replied to Atty's compliment. Seeing her hand taken out it would be rude if she didn't do anything so Alexis shook hands with her. "It's nice to meet you" she said. Turning back to her backpack, she took some clothes and personal belongings and organized them into her closet. "Hope we could co-operate through the year Atty" she said giving out a soft smile.

Inna finished her registration, she havent seen anyone that she kwen, well she was glad to be left alone, she walked along to the school so she can have some knowing of the place

Inna was still walking on the hall aways, she was beggining to get bored, she grabed her backpack and picked a pokeball that belonged to her, inside it was her first pokemon that her parents gave to her,her beloved poochena.

"Same!" Atty gave Alexis a bright smile, turning to her bag. "If it's not too much to ask, could I know what Pokemon you own? Just incase there might be any predator and prey or different type difficulties." She gripped onto her own Pokeballs, sending out her team with a flash of light.

As the light faded, her Pokemon took their physical forms, politely standing with their trainer. A Wurmple, a Budew, and a Misdreavus that floated at eye level with the two girls. "These are my girls! You won't have to worry about them too much, they're all pretty docile and quiet. I'm hoping to evolve them eventually, especially little Styx here." She knelt down, gently patting the Wurmple that clung to her leg.

"Oh, I almost forgot... this thing is his. I have no idea what it does, but he seems to have used it quite a bit I guess," The Nurse said while gently placing a camera-like device on the counter a few inches away from the Poké Ball.

Charles nodded and took the bottle, Poké Ball and slip while the Squirtle watched his trainer placing them in the leather bag. The Squirtle smiled the moment when his trainer gave him the device, as he heard the Nurse stating, "If you need anything, just come over here and I'll be happy to help. I wish you luck in the tournaments coming in the future."

"Squirtle, please don't cause too much trouble okay? Your secret's going to be safe with me and your trainer," The Nurse added while the Squirtle gave a light wave before his trainer exited the room.

Charles made his way back to the courtyard with the Squirtle still cradled in his arms. The Bagon continued to sleep in his ball while the Squirtle looked around the area, only to find various students that were likely exploring the campus or perhaps going on about their lives. The Squirtle noticed his trainer eyeing over his PDA, as the Squirtle gulped when he saw the schedule for the weather being closely related to autumn. He noticed his trainer glancing towards a girl with a Fennekin. The Squirtle's pulse suddenly increased, while his body quivered in his trainer's arms. The Squirtle took in a series of silent, but deep breaths while his trainer decided to stand by a lamp post being about twice his height, wondering what to do with his spare time.

Chris jumped off the bed and greeted his new roommate: “Hi there, my name is Chris. Wow, your Pokémon certainly look strong!”
At that moment, Chris noticed his Pokémon introducing themselves to Henry’s three Pokémon. Even mischievous little Zorua seemed eager to meet them. Noticing the exhausted look on Henry’s face, Chris said to his Pokémon: “Ok guys, let’s give our new friends some time to rest and settle down. Meanwhile, why don’t we check out the campus?”

Chris and his Pokémon then walked out into the hallway, hoping leave a good first impression on this school.

Zeph just received his new schedule on his PDA, but the notification went ignored as he walked back into his dorm room to find that his room had been torn apart by flames. Thankfully it had appeared that his Scyther named Arca and his Froakie named Lucifer had used Vacuum Wave and Bubble subsequentially in an effort to limit the fire's damage, but while they were able to save the majority of things on his side of the room, the same could not be said for his roommate and his side of the room, who he then noticed was busy cleaning up.

"Arca, Lucifer, try your best to quell the remaining ashes, I'm going to check out what happened with our roommates before calling to get our room fixed. Speaking of which, why don't we have fire alarms or sprinklers? No matter, anyway, you guys keep working."

Walking over to his roommate with a mental sigh, he decided for a more friendly and diplomatic approach.

"Hey, what a way to meet your new roommate huh, does this happen often? I digress, the name's Zeph, nice to meet you."

Supprised by his roommates entrance Alan whipped around Tripping over the now empty bottle he had left on the floor. “Ooohhh... Hellow..” he says clutching his head and grinning as he looked up at the boy. “Sorrry bout the mess..” his words are slurred and slow as if he was struggling to form complete sentences.

Staggering slightly Alan pushed himself to his feet and extended a half hearted hand “My name’s Alan, i’m from Celadon in Kanto”

The handshake however was never completed as Alan fell backwards, unconscious and laying sideways across his bed.

After taking a brief glance up at the stars, Charles decided to head back to the dorms. The Squirtle was in its shell the moment when a wind of cold air struck his head, as his trainer continued to hold him in spite of not knowing that he was now inside his shell. The Bagon was still asleep in his ball while nothing much seemed to be happening despite the little reptilian Pokémon typically moving around in his sleep.

Once Charles got into his room a few minutes later, the door was swiftly shut and his bag was placed at the desk's left side. The Squirtle's device was placed on top of the desk while the Bagon was discreetly released and placed on the bed. Charles lied alongside the Bagon while the Squirtle's limbs, head and tail came out of his shell soon after detecting the soft surface he was on. The Squirtle looked over at Charles while not seeming to mind the Bagon quietly snoring every now and then. The Squirtle emitted a brief yawn towards his trainer, while hearing his trainer ask, "So, your name is Leon correct? I've never came across a Pokémon without a trainer that already has a name, could you tell me more about yourself?"

"It's okay if you don't want to say anything, and here's a pen and paper if you need... I saw you writing something in there for a split second before you came out of there screaming..." Charles added while the Squirtle gave a quick nod after being handed a pen and paper from the desk. The Squirtle took in a deep breath and attempted to write on the paper as best as he could. Soon after finishing with his writing in a matter of about ten minutes, he handed the paper to his trainer with a shaky grip while a few tears dropped past the paper. The paper read:

Dear Trainer,

Yes, my name is Leon... and it's unfortunate to see myself again as a little Squirtle. I hate to tell you this, but my body isn't what it looks like. I may appear young and helpless at first glance, but you saw what I can do in that room earlier with that pink Pokémon chasing me. I still managed to keep most of my memory even after what happened about a month ago...

I'm just glad that I was lucky enough to get treated by the lady in the pink hair earlier, but I didn't exactly want to take those meds. Why I don't want to take them is something you must keep between you and me. I didn't want to take them mainly because of the fact that they look a lot like those poisoned things I almost had in my cell... I just didn't want to risk not being able to see myself again. I'm sorry for causing a lot of trouble to you and the lady earlier.

That camera thing that's on the desk there, it's actually something that I stole from my cell that was used to watch me all day and every day. It can detect someone's heartbeat through walls and of course, take pictures whenever you need them. I couldn't trust anyone after getting beaten countless times... until I stumbled into you. You had something that stood out from the other people that wanted to have me, but I do not know how to describe it in simple words... I think it will be best for you to find out for yourself.

I hope that I will not cause you any more trouble, Trainer.

Leon

Gabriel groaned as she exited the hall after the assembly. She had barely passed the entrance exam, and the ceremony was making her slightly more nervous than she would have liked. Gabriel was someone who liked to do the things everyone else wrote about. She heard an excited squeaking to her right, and turned to see her Minun and Plusle bouncing up and down in front of her Absol. She grinned, and bent down to gather Minun and Plusle into a hug. She gently placed them down, as they chirped excitedly and watched her. She tickled Absol's chin and swung her bag over her shoulder. "So guys, what do you say we teach this school what 'awesome' means!" She whispered. All three Pokemon cheered in reply and walked towards the dorms, with Plusle and Minun riding on Absol's back.

Gabriel entered the dorm building casually looking at her PDA with her bag slung over one shoulder. There was a sudden clatter next to her, and a guilty looking Absol was stood next to a table , watching Minun and Plusle eating an overturned bowl of nuts. She glared at the three of them, giving a silent warning. Minun stumbled forward, his cheeks stuffed full of nuts, to present her with a huge walnut, the size of his head. She snorted at how stupid he looked, then scooped up a handful of nuts and headed off to her dorm, pausing to say a casual "Hey" to
the receptionist.

She opened her dorm door, room 322, using her PDA. She surveyed the room, which was impeccably clean, and ready for two girls to move into. Her roommate obviously hadn't been here yet. "Yessss! Gabriel grinned, "I get first dibs on the beds!" She yelled at no one in particular. Naturally, she picked the one closest to the wall, because it was darker over there and she felt safer knowing that she would only be exposed on one side. Absol leaped onto the bed, sending Minun and Plusle sprawling onto the pillow. She laughed and jumped onto the bed, landing on her back and hugging a spare pillow to her chest. Her three Pokemon snuggled up to her and she smiled in excitement, her purple eyes wide and gleaming, in anticipation of what was to come.

Alan wakes up the next morning feeling dreadful. The sunlight filtering through the window caused his head to ring with pain. Pushing himself out of bed he is met with a wave of nausia as he notices that he is still fully clothed. Retrieving the empty bottle from the center of the room "I may have overdone it" he remarks to himself. Tossing the bottle into his bag and undressing in front of the mirror. His hair was unkempt and his skin was a sickly pale with dark bags having formed underneath his eyes.

"Looks like a hoodie day..." Alan says as he rifles through his bag selecting a black T An all red hoddie and a pair of tight black jeans. He struggles for some time but manages to get dressed before checking his PDA
(6:15)
"At least I've got pleanty of time before class" he says while returning his Pokémon and having a seat back on his bed.
