how do you get an avatar? Or aren't there any? ???

Avatar problems

The get a preloaded avatar, you should go click on "Profile" at the top of the screen. Once there, click on "Forum Profile Information." It will bring up a page to adjust things, like your signature and avatar.
As a note, you cannot upload a custom avatar until you have reached 50 posts on the forum.

As well, this topic doesn't belong in the Pokémon Games Discussion. In fact, it doesn't really belong anywhere on the forum.
