'It started a few months ago. Out of nowhere, horrible rainfall and storms struck around the world, destroying buildings and homes. Hundreds of people were killed, and thousands wounded. The sudden outburst in danger hasn't ceased since it begun. And it's feared that it'll only get worse.'

Hey there, if you've stumbled across this and are seemingly interested, allow me to explain. This rp is about a group of young people who live in the same city. As the horrendous storms and weather have consumed many homes and lives, they fear for their lives until they've had enough. It's decided that the only way to figure out what's causing the events to happen is to journey to the eye of the storm, where the answer is to be found.

Clothing: An oversized pull-over sweatshirt that's a mix of a blue and purple, short bleached jean shorts, black thigh-high socks, and sneakers.

Personality: Very bold and daring, but is very tempered, and is very easily ticked of, but not at extreme levels of anger. When Draves takes liking to somebody, he tends to protect them, at all costs. As he has lost everything, he once had.
Appearance: Greyish-Blackish hair color with the addition of a windswept-hairstyle, lanky build, 5'10 ft and weighing at 156 pounds. Cyan-colored eyes.
Apparel: Grey hoodie, with white T-shirt beneath. Wears black jeans, and has a beanie, which seems to be torn apart.
Romantic Preference: Straight, has an attraction to females.
Skills: Very smart, and witty.
Strengths: Is fairly strong and can be persuasive.
Weaknesses: Tempered at times.
Other: Carries satchel in which holds scrap items.

Skills: She can analyze situations, and come up with a plan really quickly. She is very athletic, so she has a lot of upper-body and lower-body strength.
Strengths: She can handle situations well under pressure. She has a strong will to protect those she loves.
Weaknesses: She can get mad at people pretty easily, and she doesn't forgive easily. She also has a habit of sometimes rushing into things.
Other: She carries a hiking backpack, that keeps her books and useful items in.

I'm thinking about it. Considering this roleplay is semi-realisitic, I could add something more fantasy-like, such as gods being angered, or something similar to Pandora's box; something that contains horrific things that's been cracked. Not positive yet. Thoughts?

I like that idea.
What if there was this ancient tablet that could control the rain and the ocean, but someone cracked it. Now the world is as it is now, an endless storm. And our characters can go and find a missing piece of the tablet, but none of them would be sure of what it really is. And adeventures, and survival, and stuff. idk.

Strengths: Has adept reflexes and can analyze situations.

Clothing: Whatever she can find. Mostly wears a black raincoat and waterproof ski-pants.
Romantic Preference: Straight
Skills: Due to making a local high school's chemistry and robotics lab her home, she is quite skilled in anything scientific or technical. She home-makes lots of her possessions, be it weapons or utilities.
Strengths: Intelligence, Survival Skills (She was homeless before the storms hit, so she knows how to take care of herself)
Weaknesses: Social situations, hand to hand combat
Other: She was homeless from a young age, as her family had left her long ago. She can take care of herself, and prefers not to be around people. Her favorite clothing brand is Noctum
