• A reminder: If you want to ask an RP thread creator if you can join their RP, do so in private - via conversation or profile messages - or via the thread's discussion thread, if one exists. Do NOT ask if you can join an RP on the RP thread itself! This leads to a lot of unnecessary OOC chatter and that's not what the RP boards are for.

This is clearly stated in our RP forum rules. If you've not read them yet, do so BEFORE posting anything in the RP forums. They may be found here (for Pokémon Role Play) or here (for General Role Play). Remember that the Global Rules of Pokécharms also apply in addition to these rule sets.

Private/Closed Annual Almia Tournament (RP)

While Scott decided to make his way towards his room on the second floor after calming the shadow Oshawott, the Pachirisu attempted to flee from the ranger. The squirrel Pokémon tried to jump out of the entryway, but it was apparent that the ranger had enough of the Pachirisu playing cat and mouse.

Several more loops were drawn around the Pachirisu, as the little Pokémon attempted to run back towards the counter. He felt a tight grip around his body, as he was swiftly lifted into the air a split second later. A loud cry followed soon after, as Angelica said, “I’ll handle this, but thank you for your help.”

Meanwhile, the fire mouse Pokémon attempted to roll over onto his stomach. The Meganium gently placed her vines near the baby Pokémon’s head, while noting the faint groan he emitted. She noticed him trying to pull off the wires on his body, as she calmly stated, “No no, don’t do that. You gotta rest.”

It became apparent to the Meganium that the young Pokémon took no interest in her order, as she picked up the faint sound of what was likely a failed combustion on his back.

“Come on, just relax for a minute. I’ll have to get the nurse real quick,” The Meganium said while patting the infantile Pokémon. The glass door to the machine was swiftly shut, as she left the room a brief moment later.

While he was snuggling his Luxray, Sean was watching as Parker, Max, Nina, and Mike had won the matches. Seeing that they all had gone, it was time for them to sleep in for the night and train up tomorrow. He looked over to see Colress typing away madly at his PADD. Interesting... He sneaked on over and stole a seat right above Colress to read what he was typing down. It seemed to be info on the challenger's Pokemon. Wow, this guy was good. Doing research while watching the fights was probably what Sean should have done, but he didn't exactly have anything to write on. He returned Tora so she wouldn't make so much noise as he watched Colress type away.

Nina was in quite a hurry as she dashed through the stadium corridors. All the while, she cursed herself for her lack of planning. How did she expect to go out with that blonde beauty from the other day when she had no idea where she was? They didn't agree on a location, or any specific time. For goodness sake, Nina even forgot to get her number! How could possibly have she overlooked something so important?

It didn't matter now though. What mattered now was finding Seven before someone else made a move. Hopefully she was the forgiving type. As she ran through the halls, Nina went over everywhere Seven could possibly be. She already checked the main hotel, the lobby, and the training gym. That guy she was with was a competitor if Nina remembered correctly, so maybe they were watching the matches earlier? It hadn't been that long since the last preliminary round ended, so maybe they were still there! With that in mind Nina rushed toward the stands, dodging people and Pokemon alike as she pushed through the crowded halls.

There she was. Nina could spot that gorgeous face from a mile away. Apparently her hunch was correct! Looked like she had company though...that weird science guy again, along with a kid Nina vaguely recognized. Wasn't he one of the registered trainers or something? Whoever he was, he seemed more interested in Colress' techno thingamabob than Seven. This was as good an opportunity as any, so Nina decided to take it now before things got too awkward.

"Hey, Seven! Uh, sorry about yesterday, had a surprise situation to take care of." Wow, this was hard. Nina almost preferred it when she only had to worry about flirting once before being turned down. She couldn't just ask for a date out of the blue, could she? Nah, better to ease into it. "So...how did your friend's battle go? I was busy training this morning, so I didn't see any of the matches before mine."

Though Colress was in his own world, his assistant was not. After a few minutes, a noise in Sean's general direction alerted the guised Porygon2 to their presence, and her gaze fell upon them. Raising a brow, she remained silent, watching them watch her Master as he made notes.

She was about to call him out on his strange behavior when she heard her designation. Turning around, her icy gaze met the woman from earlier who had requested some manner of outing with her, to which her Master authorized.

"Nina Schulz," she stated firmly, her eyes giving the woman acknowledgement. As Nina explained her situation, the blonde woman responded, "I understand." Pausing for a moment and glancing at Colress, she answered, "My Master is moving to the next round as well." Looking Nina in the eyes, Seven began to comment on the woman's match, "Species 057, Designation 'Patch', is stronger than others of its species that we have recorded. You must be a skilled Trainer."
