Ask to Join A Strange Type of Evolution

This RP is going to be centered around the concept of BREAK Evolution, which is pulled from the Trading Card Game. A quick rundown of how this type of evolution will work will be provided below, but the rules must be presented first.
Rule #1: You must have proper grammar and writing skills to be accepted to join. Your grammar in your profile will be my reference for your grammar and writing skills.

Rule #2: Don't go overboard with the shinies. I've seen profiles where people made their entire team shiny. Don't do that, as it ruins the rarity aspect.

Rule #3: No Fakemon or anything like that. Stick to canon creatures only.

Rule #4: I only want one other person joining this specific one. However, if you do want to roleplay the concept of Break Evolution with me, I'm sure I can make an arrangement depending on how skillful you are at roleplaying.

Rule #5: Break evolution can only be done for one Pokémon on any team, and that Pokémon must be fully evolved.

Rule #6: If your Pokémon does have a Break Evolution card, please use the attack that is on the card. If it doesn't have a Break Evolution card, then make one up.

Rule #7: You can have an experienced trainer or a newbie trainer.

Rule #8: The RP will be set in Unova, though if it goes on long enough, it may move regions.

That about sums up the rules, but now onto what Break Evolution is.

[What is Break Evolution?]

Break Evolution is a type of evolution introduced in the BREAKthrough expansion of the TCG. How does it work? Well, I'll answer that. First off, you must have a fully-evolved Pokémon. Secondly, you need to make up the attack if it doesn't already have a card in the TCG. And don't make up something dumb. Try to make it an attack that relates to the Pokémon. Say you have an Electrode. Your attack shouldn't be something like "Hyper Thunderbolt", because that's just boring. Something like "Atomic Detonation" to tie in with Electrode's notoriety for self-destructing should be used. However, not all Break moves have to be crazy-powerful moves. You can have, for example, a Blissey. Blissey does not have a BREAK card, so you'd need to make up a move. Blissey is known for its healing prowess, so giving it a move like, say, "First Aid", where it can revive a fainted Pokémon or fully restore another's health. Break Evolution ends after the Break move is used, and it cannot be utilized for the rest of the battle. Pokémon in their Break forms get a boost in the amount of HP they have, but nothing else besides the move or ability they get. Some Break Moves are different for the sake of the RP, so if your Pokémon has a BREAK card already, be sure to check if it's still the same or not. You also can't just start Break Evolving right off the bat. It must happen during a critical time or in an important battle.

[Pokémon with Break Evolutions and Break Attacks]
-Chesnaught
Tough Hammer [A stronger version of Wood Hammer that still has the recoil but can damage one of your opponent's other Pokémon as well as the target.]

-Raichu
Grand Bolt [A really suped-up Thunderbolt.]

-Marowak
Bone Revenge [A multi-hitting attack that does more damage for every Pokémon of yours that has been knocked out.]

-Zoroark
Foul Play [I must note that this is not the typical Foul Play. The way this attack works is that Zoroark takes any move of the opponent's and uses it.]

-Florges
Floral Breeze (Ability) [This ability gradually heals your Party Pokémon.]

-Noivern
Synchro Woofer [A more powerful version of Boomburst that does more damage if you have the same amount of Pokémon left as your opponent.]

-Empoleon
Emperor's Command [A weak attack at its base form, but it does tons more damage for each Pokémon your opponent has.]

-Beheeyem
Cosmic Circle [A mildly-powerful Psychic attack that boosts the power of any ally Psychic-type Pokémon.]

-Noctowl
Night Scan [This attack is average at first, but does more damage for each item being held by any Pokémon.]

-Golduck
Hyper Transfer (Ability) [This ability allows Golduck to give and take energy from his allies to boost his own power, or their power.]

-Greninja
Giant Water Shuriken [It's exactly what it sounds like.]

-Luxray
Wild Fury [A wildly-powerful version of Wild Charge that lacks recoil.]

-Trevenant
Silent Fear [Does moderate damage to all of your opponent's Pokémon.]

-Raticate
Super Fang [Brings the opponent's HP down to a critical level. In the TCG, it always brings it down to 10 HP, so find an equivalent.]

-Delphox
Flare Witch [If there is a Fire-type in your team, increase the power of each of it's Fire-type moves for the rest of the battle.]

-Omastar
Dangerous Tentacle [This attack steals two of your opponent's Pokémon's items and gives it to Omastar. If the opponent has no items, then the attack swaps their typing.]

-Carbink
Diamond Gift [An attack that is nearly on par with Diancie's Diamond Storm.]

-Bronzong
Metal Rain [This attack does light, but gradual damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon. Bronzong can also heal from this for a short time.]

-Mandibuzz
Disaster Wing [This attack does a moderate amount of damage, and isn't affected by type resistances or immunities, but is affected by type weaknesses, for example, it does more damage to Psychic and Ghost-types, but does the same damage to a Fairy-type as it does to a Grass-type.]

-Wobbuffet
Right Back at You! [A more powerful Counter. Any damage done to Wobbuffet is matched by the opponent. If this Pokémon is knocked out or inflicted with a status condition on that turn, then the opponent is as well.]

-Crobat
Silent Bite [Does moderate damage, but always paralyzes the opponent's Pokémon.]

-Yanmega
Barrier Break [A hard-hitting Bug-type move that isn't affected by type resistances, type weaknesses, barriers, or Protect and all of its forms.]

-Talonflame
Flare Blitz [It acts just like the normal attack, except without any recoil.]

-Pyroar
Kaiser Tackle [An incredibly powerful move that does a pretty hefty amount of damage to Pyroar as well. It can be a one-hit KO on less bulky or less defensive Pokémon.]

-Clawitzer
Lock-On [The opponent may not switch out after this move. Any move that Clawitzer makes its next turn has the damage output massively increased, even on moves that don't normally do damage.]

-Hydreigon
Calamity Blast [Does high damage to the target, but also deals moderate damage to two of their Party Pokémon. The TCG says 50 HP on the party ones, for a reference.]

-Arcanine
Turbo Flame [Equal in power to Flare Blitz, but increases Arcanine's speed.]

-Starmie
Break Star [Does a similar amount of damage to Hydro Pump, but has the power doubled on any Break Pokémon.]

-Nidoking
Toxic Drill [A hard-hitting attack that inflicts toxic, not poison. Toxic does more damage and increases in damage over time until the Pokémon inevitably faints.]

-Machamp
Boomerang Lariat [Does moderate damage initially, but any of Machamp's attacks used on the next turn get a massive boost in power. Unlike Clawitzer, they must be damaging moves.]

-Ninetales
Explosive Fireball [Burns the target, and does a good amount of damage to the opponent's Party.]

The profile format followed is the same one in the pinned post. However, you must specify the Pokémon getting the ability of BREAK Evolution, the effects of the move if it isn't previously listed, and whether or not it is an Ability or a move. Don't make the moves unreasonably powerful, either.

Name: Maverick Cross
Gender: Male
Hometown: Castelia City
Age: 13
Height: 5'6
Weight: 101 Ibs.
Hair: It's black, greasy, and kinda disgusting. Like any poor person's hair.
Eyes: They're a dark green.
Clothing: He wears a souvenir hoodie from Castelia City that depicts art of the city and has "Castelia City, Unova" written in postcard-style text on it.
Identifying Marks: None, really.
Musculature: He's a bit below average on the strength scale because of malnourishment.
Personality: He's a bit too optimistic and doesn't like to take offers from others when they're just giving stuff to him. It makes him think he's a beggar or something, and this makes him feel pathetic. He's got a short temper when it comes to the people he's close to, but he can take a ton of insults that are directed at him without a problem. He's really humble as well, mostly due to his childhood and how he was raised, and the conditions he was raised in.
Skills: He's really good at bargaining, but not much else. He can track the stars, though, which might come in handy someday.
Past: He grew up with a really poor family that struggled to hold a house and job. He grew up without luxuries such as the internet and couldn't even afford to go to school. There was rampant gang violence, which kept him up at night out of fear. All of his academic skills came from reading at the library, which was one of the few past-times he had growing up so poor. He was really interested in mythology and astronomy, but not astrology. After a few years, he found a stray Petilil in his backyard, which was rare because Castelia was not a nature city in the slightest, and was filled with Grimers and Trubbishes. He eventually named it Florence and saved up enough to buy a Poké Ball for it.
After a while, Florence learned to fight. She started gaining lots of experience from this, and one day while he was walking, a trainer spilled their bag and a Sun Stone rolled over to Florence, and she curiously picked it up. This caused her to evolve into a Lilligant, much to both of their surprise. Florence was now much more powerful, and he started earning money from participating in tournaments. Soon enough, his parents were comfortable enough to send him off on his own, away from the hostile streets of the slums of Castelia City.
Family: He has his mother and father, but no siblings or anything.
Love Relationships?: None yet.

Pokémon

Species: Lilligant
Nickname: Florence
Gender: Female
Ability: Own Tempo
Hidden Power: Ice
Special Features: She's a bit taller than most other Lilligants. She's around 4'7 instead of the usual height.
Personality: She acts very much like a toddler or a cat as in she has fun really easily, tries to make as many friends as possible, and gets distracted easily. However, she won't get distracted from a battle.

BREAK Move: Ballroom Trickery [Florence initiates a ballroom-style dance, where during it she leeches health from the opponent to heal herself and damage them. It does more damage the lower her health is.]
