Welcome to rocky beginning, a care center for the weak or abandoned Pokemon. Every Pokemon is welcome, and gladly cared for. There are three groups. The care takers, the cared for, and the refugees. Care takers care for the weak and run the center. The cared for are the ones who are weak. The refugees are the ones who don't fit in.

Persona: Frost is extremely shy and curious at the same time. She loves being alone, but yet explores. Her friend, Magi, is a care taker and is the only one she loves deeply.
Background: Frost was born with a serious condition. This condition caused her to become abandoned and weak. She was found by Magi, and taken in.
Special: Frost often becomes weak due to her condition. She wears a special band that tracks her strength, which alerts her if she becomes weak.

Persona: Magi is a very caring Pokemon. She loves caring for the weak, and takes pride in her work. She can often be annoying, but tries not to.
history: Magi was born into a trainers team. She never fit in, and was cast out. She became who she is over time by learning to love all Pokemon. Eventually, she was excepted into the are center.
Special: None, Magi is completely normal.
