    It means Same-Type Attack Bonus.
    Basically, if your Pokemon's type is the same type as the move your Pokemon is using, it gains the Same-Type Attack Bonus, which boosts the moves power.

    For example, If a Charizard used Flamethrower, it would gain a STAB. Because Charizard is Fire type, and Flamethrower is a fire type move. If Charizard used something like Tackle however, it would not gain the STAB, because Tackle is a normal type move, and Charizard is not normal type.
