What are your opinions on Noctowl?

Good question. I'll collect a few other questions and I'll get that answered for you.

Noctowl was the best ‘mon I could think to ask about from Johto... other than the T-Tar line, that is.

Yeah. I was a fan of Noctowl in the early days of Pokemon. But I'll try not to say too much!

I would ask you all’s opinions on Spinda, but they don’t fit particularly well. (In case ya did’nt know, Spinda are evil. They serve an evil kid who imprisoned myself and my best friend in a dungeon.)
