    Sure thing. To add Pokémon to the Trainer Card, look down from the main white box a bit and you'll see a big box with the TCM introduction on it. Above that are tabs - click Pokémon at the end, and the list will load. After that, find the Pokémon you want, click it, and choose the panel you want. Repeat for the rest of your Pokémon. :)

    To post it to Facebook, click Save To Profile when you've finished. That'll save the card to 'Charms, and take you to the card screen. Below it, you'll see a set of embed codes - copy the top one (marked Facebook) and paste it into the status update box on Facebook itself.
