Starry Phantump

I'm not sure if you've found a solution or not yet, but if you have an Apple device I'd recommend the app CamScanner.
It allows you to take pictures of your art and adjust them so the linework shows up a bit better. I'm not sure how well it handles colours, though.
It's completely free, and it works very well for that price in my experience.

Just put it quite far away, then make sure it focuses, and be in normal day light, I have a Samsung, and mine always come out fine
