That sounds like the best I like the milder seasons too, especially autumn. Ever since I moved to a more rural area for university, I'm emotionally done with the extreme summers and winters xD

It's fine to have cut it for base game, but to limit the accessability of some of peoples' favorite Pokémon after the story in a main series Pokémon game is a big no. At least they're slowly bringing them back by the expansions, was probably their goal all along. Make more money off of it by selling the DLC.

Family visits can be quite bad, but have fun regardless!

It was cold and snow was literally up to our waists in there, we'd be moving in there either by foot or by using awful old timey skis, we had to carry our rifles and other personal equipment which weighed few dozen kilos while carrying all at once. We had like 4 layers of clothing and I still almost got hypothermia, it was tough xD

Are you back for good? I mean, it seems like it'd build character, so I can see why people would choose it, but I dunno about you, I think I'd plop myself in my home country and never leave if that were my experience and I had a choice xD Huge respect to those that weather it.

Yes, it was only for short period. Mandatory for guys of age by law where I live, so that's fun. xD I wouldn't want a career out of it and I wanna move abroad anyway in the future! It was educative though, kind of?

I would guess that the character customization option would still exist in Sun/Moon and its descendents though, right? So it still seems like a better option. Dammit Nintendo, you've got too many games that I want!

I know right, having your Pokémon walk alongside you was amazing! All the neat customization options do indeed exist in Sun and Moon, as well as the new Ultra Sun and -Moon. Ultra Sun and Moon apparently has better plot than the originals and a unique trial system, it's a bit different than the gyms, altough you might know about that already.

Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon also seem to have most legendary Pokémon from all the previous Pokémon games that have come before them. I think buying one of the newest ones would be a good choice.
