Okay, here's the thing. The Trainer Card Maker's catalogue of sprites is based on submissions from the community. Clearly no one thought a random character on a random Youtuber's page that no one ever heard of was worth making a sprite of. Repeatedly posting about it in places isn't going to change that. If you want a sprite of said character so much, learn to make one yourself and submit it.
