During the latest Nintendo Direct stream, that aired earlier tonight, Pokémon Rumble World was announced as a new game within the Pokémon Rumble franchise coming to the Nintendo 3DS eShop - for free. Like Pokémon Shuffle before it, Pokémon Rumble World will be free to download and play with the ability to spend real world money to enhance your gaming experience.

The concept of the guys at Namco Bandai's Tekken coming together with The Pokemon Company/Nintendo to build a Pokemon version of Tekken is, on paper, so insane sounding that despite multiple indications over the past year that exactly that was happening, even the most open minded of us found it hard to commit to the theory.

The latest edition of Japanese magazine CoroCoro has leaked and brought with it the reveal of three new Mega Pokémon to be featured in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.
The first Mega to be revealed is a Mega form for Lopunny. When it Mega Evolves Lopunny turns into a Normal and Fighting Pokémon and gets the Scrappy ability.
The next Mega to be revealed is Mega Altaria. When in Mega form Altaria turns into a Dragon and Fairy type Pokémon and gets the ability Pixilate.
The final Mega Pokémon to be revealed in this month's edition of CoroCoro is Mega Salamence. Salamence keeps its Dragon and Flying type when it Mega evolves and gains the ability Aerilate.

E3 may slowly be coming to a close now and many of us weren't really expecting to see any more Pokémon news for a little while after being treated to two very nice new trailers over the last couple of days. However, things haven't gone quiet just yet as today the official website for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire has opened, and we've been treated to yet another trailer in order to celebrate.
The new trailer doesn't reveal much new information, it's mostly reintroducing us to the Mega Evolutions for the three Hoenn starters. The trailer does reveal Mega Diancie outside of Japan for the first time though, reconfirming that the Pokémon will be given away through an event for Pokémon X and Pokémon Y soon. Following the release of other soundtracks onto iTunes in the west, including the recent release of the HeartGold and SoulSilver soundtrack. The soundtrack for Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire is hitting the store today to the excitement of hardcore trumpet fans everywhere.
Perhaps it won't be long before we can hear an updated version of the soundtrack either...
