This is my fan-made gym leader. To get to him, you need to take the S.S.Anne to Kanto and get to Lavender Town where there's a new floor at Lavender Town Tower which is the gym. He doesn't only fight with Ghost types, He fights with the SPIRITS of DEAD Pokemon. Unfortunately, during the 1st gym battle, the spirits possessed him. His badge is the spirit badge. He doesn't even recall his name. All he can recall is him catching the six ghosts.
