The Most Dysfunctional of Parties

StellarWind Elsydeon Pardon the long silence, I’m working on something fairly major at the moment - but here’s a warmup doodle that’s gone so entirely out of control that I absolutely had to share it.

They sort of manifested one after another and ended up looking like such a dysfunctional RPG party it ended up amusing me more than it should.

Especially the Cliché Aberration, a terrifying monstrosity composed entirely of horror monster media tropes, lurking in dark dungeons in an endless, futile quest for relevance. It never achieves it. How it ended up railroaded into this fustercluck is anyone’s guess. Because the Rodent Mage certainly did not summon that.

It's the Cliché Aberration who wants to be relevant. XD

The Death is literally a Lv. 5 Death Says so on his head though I guess it's a bit hard to see. Sort of a janky death from the death depot. Hence the 50% off scythe, too. He's probably not that happy about that cliche either. xD

I LOVE death in the background yelling about how he wants to be relevant. Really speaks to how in most current RPGs (and games in general) dying is literally just an annoyance and nothing more. The "50% off" on his scythe kills me. It makes me think about how in some games, the only thing that death costs is half of your held gold or half of your experience points towards the next level. Unless that's not death saying he wants to be relevant... Then this might be awkward. lol.
