This is my first attempt at using my new drawing tablet & I wanted to save it for something really special.
Similar to how my design of Nega-Mega Manectric was for Magpie, this is a special shout-out to @Kyubeon since I thought she deserved a proper Eeveeloution to go with her username. The concept design came from researching the actual Kyubey from Puella Magi and looking at a number of features that Eevee's evolved forms have such as large ears, a unique tail, etc. I made Kyubeon a Ghost type to go along with how the Kyubey is considered the main antagonist in the show since it grants wishes that have severe consequences with them, among other things. Naturally, this would go with a Psychic or Dark type, but I used Ghost instead since those two types are already taken
While I tried to match the Kyubey's color scheme as close as possible, its purple tone is meant to go along with its Ghost typing, though I used a lighter shade of purple to go along with the Kyubey's white fur.
