I'm so sorry for your loss. I know it must be really hard to lose a pet who's dear to you, which he clearly was. And although this has already been said... we're all here for you.

Use this as a memory. The feels won't move on, but that's a good thing. It means you still show affection.

Gonna say this, anyone who tells you to get over something like this is a piece of human garbage and I lose all of my respect for that person. I understand how you feel considering you lost someone so important to you. I really do, and I request that if you need someone to speak to, please come talk to me. But please, for everyone else's sake, don't wish to off yourself to bring someone back. As I've been taught, in order to show someone you love them, don't die for them. Stay alive for them.

It takes time but I promise you now. It will get better. It doesn't seem like it will now, but it will. You have your whole life ahead of you, and I'm not saying you should get over it, because that would make me a hypocrit, as even I'm still bothered by my nana's death and I was five when she passed. All I'm saying is it will get better in time. And I'll be here for you.
