It’s be ages since I last came up with a Mega design, but thankfully I eventually got a around to doing this one. @Kiwibear commented on my Mega Mienshao asking if I could do a Mega Floatzel, and well, here it is :D
I based Mega Floaztel of one of those inflatable raft things. So yeah. I’m not overly confident on the design, but I hope you guys like it. Especially Kiwibear :)

    Kay, this is way late, I know, but I might have an idea as to a good ability for this guy!

    Either Storm Drain or Water Absorb. Both of 'em do something when it gets hit with a water move that benefits it. :p
