Celebi more of a Fairy type. (shiny)

I believe that Celebi would look more of a fairy when shiny and has fairy wings. The wings were tough to make. I also though of having the wings be blue but it looked pretty weird, so I stick with it's color green. May not be too pretty, but I like it how it is.
