Two fun facts for this comic - first, Blue is telling a coherent (for certain definitions of coherence) story under all that blurred text. Second, while Blue has a brother, he did not grow up with him, so the story that Blue is telling is completely fabricated. Presumably Blue knew Celeste was going to tune him out and just started saying completely random stories.
