Quotes Galore, the Charms Quote Competition

Well. If you're wondering where the Christmas Competition like last year's Wishing Nights is, it's right here. Only, it's a year end competition. This is the Charms Quote Competition.

We chose this style of competition because the Chat Log had so many great quotes, and they were sitting there doing nothing. That was our inspiration for this competition this year. These quotes are staff favourites, so they represent most of the Staff here quite well. Hopefully you'll find them just as amusing as we did.

This will last one week, from Christmas Eve (today) until New Year's Eve (midnight Pacific Standard Time). Winners will be revealed shortly following.

Well. Competition closed. 4 entrants, so here are the results:

To answer the quotes and enter the competition, simply match each quote by number to who said it (so don't waste your time manually filling in the blanks). Keep your answers organized so it's easy for us to read through them. When you've answered as many as you can, e-mail them to us at this address by clicking here. Simple as that. Whoever writes in with the most correct answers wins.

Of course, mention your screen name in the e-mail you send us if you do participate. If you are not a member of the forums at Charms, we will need a screen name for announcing winners, if you do win.

Multiple submissions are not allowed, so when you send yours, send it once. If you find it too much to get through in one sitting, just save your answers in a text file for later, then email them when you're all finished.

There are 36 quotes, three from each Admin or Mod. Admins: Doctor Oak, Prof Cinders, Linkachu, Stellarwind Elsydeon, and Nemesis. As for the Moderators: Sem, Hypotenuse Man, Yoshimistu27, Pixeity, Baratron, Fachion (Jet), Ruko

We realize that some of you have mIRC/Chatzilla/IRCle/Anythingelse logs, so we're working on the honor system and hoping people stick to guessing. Where's the fun in cheating, eh? Half the fun is trying to guess and see how well you really know your Charms staff members.

Prizes will be announced at a future time, but keep in mind that this is mostly for fun and bragging rights. What's awarded won't be actual gifts this year (sorry) and will instead revolve around the website itself. Otherwise, that's it. Here's hoping people have a good time with this.
