quick/easy leveling in platinum

(sorry if this is in the wrong section)

I beat the pastoria gym earlier today but i noticed my pokemon are very underleved as my strongest is my level 31 gardevoir and the rest are in their mid/late 20's. I dont want to do the daycare thing as my pokemon will be overleveled and would possibly not obey me as they'd probably be in their 100's. Do you have any ideas on what to do that doesnt involve the pokemon daycare?

I'd say you've gotta train. Do you have the VS seeker yet?(It's totally helpful in the route leading to Pastoria. You can train there.The Pokemon should be around the 20-s range there.)

i have been battling the trainers i could though i have the vs. seeker but i doubt ive ever used it before

It's totally useful. The only thing that sucks about it is that you have to recharge it just like the poke radar.
