Welcome to the Johto League Tournament. All of you have earned the eight required gym badges. The winner of the tournament is able to move on to the Elite four.

Rules: Only first and second gen Pokémon are allowed. And no mega evolutions.

Reminder that if a companion thread exists (and actually, that's how it should be in general even though people seem to ignore that rule) - Character bios and signups for threads belong in the discussion thread, NOT the main RP thread. The main RP thread is where the actual in-character content goes.

Some wrangling later, the bio has been moved to the discussion thread and the RP thread left as it should be. Be mindful of the rules, and have fun!

Um... so I have a few questions about the battle mechanics.
1) Do the Pokemon have to be limited to 4 moves as for what they can do in battle?
1b) If so, can moves be changed in between matches, such as by TM/HM or Move Tutor?
2) Are held items allowed?
3) To the moves the Pokemon know have to be gen II moves or lower?
4) Could I join this RP?

First Appearance is what your character looks like, ( Age, Clothing, general appearance.)
2) try and stay in third person so this doesn't get taken down.

Retro if you want to know what happened at the kanto tournament I won vs drew in the quaterfinals thats official the rest of the tournament was kinda put on stop due to peole not writing. Jado said he lost to me in the semifinals so I just went ahead said that I won the Finals beat the Elite 4 and got swept by Lance and his Dragonite.

Hey guys I gave this some thought and I think we should have 3 substitute pokemon. Since everyone seems to have at least two or three of the same pokemon on their teams. This way we can spice it up a little bit. These Pokémon can be swapped in and out whenever.

Well I get off work at 3 p.m. EST tomorrow which should be around 9 where you are judging by what time you said it was over there. So Start the Tournament then?
