That was until about a month ago, when 'Charms Organized Play held its first group meeting. Our verdict? It is lots of fun.
Many of you have already seen the sticky thread on the 4th Generation WiFi Forum, but for anyone old or new who rarely sets foot on that board yet still enjoys WFC Pokemon play - this is for you. Charms Organized Play is a set of regularly scheduled meetings via the #PokecharmsWFC chat - twice a day each Saturday for differing timezones. What do we do during each meeting...? We play Pokemon. Simple, eh? People drop in at the scheduled times, plan matches, make trades, team up for the Battle Frontier, play mini-games or make Poffins - anything they feel like.
With structured meets comes other possibilities, too. A battle ranking system has been put together for interested members, and mini-tournaments are easily organized - the first of which planned for early January. Full details on all of these activities can be found within the official Charms OP discussion thread, and we're always open to new members and ideas.
