This is simply a small suggestion, but how about adding the option to have a banner on your profile page?
The rectangular area behind/above the profile overview (where your username is) seems a little odd to me. It's just a rectangle without any real purpose. I was thinking that maybe this could be a spot to add an image? I'm no design expert, so I'm not exactly sure how it would look, but it's just a thought.
