I saw a website the other day that had a button hidden in the rules that you had to click in order to be able to post. Perhaps there's some way to program something like that?

The problem is that generally, people who aren't going to read the rules, aren't going to read them anyway - they'll just look for the button and click it without really bothering with the actual rules. Some people are just lazy like that, alas, and this is affecting the quality of posts as a whole.

Plus, there's more than a few posts which are -technically- within the specifications of the rules but are still incredibly subpar. Basically, unless people start making an effort thing won't get better... and most people don't like to make an effort. So. It's frustrating, but not much I can do about, alas.
