They have to be digital, sorry. The image you posted isn't usable as a card - I can't fit the assets on it and have it look right at all, I'm afraid.

Hard to say, as they're judged on quality. I don't have a hard percentage on what gets in or not.

so my submission is out of the question then, because my digital artwork is not good quality.

Well, there's an old expression: "if you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right." It means that with enough patience and effort, you can achieve what you want to do. But if you decide you can't do it and give up, you won't succeed.
