The game wasn't approved as its format left much to be desired - for one, what exactly are the rules for how much HP is deducted by which attack? What's stopping people from OHKO-ing the hell out of everything? Who gets to determine how much HP does a pokemon have? It's all a bit of a spammy mess - moreso than usual, anyway.
