also can i make a artwork one or do i make a thread if i wanted to post my trainer cards on here? If its a thead where would i put it?

In terms of battle threads, I think the Pokémon Wi-Fi board is as good a place as any – I've put a Pokken prefix in for you to use. 
(I haven't checked this with the staff yet, by the way, so if your thread moves itself at some point it'll be because we came up with a better idea!)

the thread for trainer card posting, is for only trainer cards made on here? I want to post my trainer cards from the game Pokken Tournament, and it doesnt look like that since you only use one pokemon
