maybe, but I never had that problem before, well on chrome I couldn't get into gmail once in a while because it says it ain't private, anyways this website on Microsoft Edge now.

I'd still recommend you get your computer checked for viruses, just in case

Once I get my security thing gets back on I will scan. I have to restart my computer last week because it wasn't turning on all the way, and it deleted it.

A windows 8 (but has 10 on it) Laptop.

Ok. It's a virus, then. Not a hardware issue. Something similar happened to me on my PC. It was a combo of a virus and a dead watch battery
