I know I'm not an admin, but I believe we do have shadow Lugia, but I'm not sure about primal Dialga, and to post your trainer cards, right under where it says "import friend code", it should say "Save to your Profile" Unless you've made the maximum number of cards the site allows for.

So, if you're referring to backgrounds, we only have what the community has submitted – like @SparkyLewis949 said, I think we have a Shadow Lugia background, but not a Primal Dialga one; we'd need to get the community to submit one.

If you're referring to the Pokémon panels themselves, we only have Pokémon from within the main-series games, and we don't currently have plans to add any special variants from side games due to the lack of resources available for them.
