I have seen the anime multiple times. I haven't really been able to read the manga though because it is just in Japanese and Chinese. There are some fan translations into English but they go no further then the anime.

I've actually never looked into the manga series before but I do own the first light novel - which my younger sister read before me. But she really enjoyed it! I believe that the English translated novels may potentially be past the anime now, too (@Demelza would know that answer better than me tho). Do you have any interest in them?

I REALLY want to read the manga because you get to go way more into the actually story line. I think there are about 13 books in the series. The anime covers the first and second books I believe.
