Easy, just use some honey in trees and in the grass and mabye you can get a couple of shiny's.

Er, honey doesn't improve shiny chances... like, at all. The best way to get shines in Black 2 is the Masuda Method, as described here: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Masuda_method
