@XXWISESONICXX I don't know what it's called, but I use the smaller brush to outline. Try to put some patience into your art and don't rush in making it, and maybe one day you'll draw just like me. ;)

^-^ thanks bro, I'm planning to make a comic and your style of drawing just inspired me, would it be ok to add you're pokemon into the comic, the reason my drawings don't look so good is because I lost my Wacom pad a while ago and just found it so I will u your advice and try my best >_<
