Oh, and Psychic isn't allowed either because Levy is my second character and she was captured. I had to or else the story wouldn't be right and there would be no goal. I thought since no one other than me usually has a Psychic type I could do it.... sorry if you wanted that one...

Go to Pokemon Roleplay section in the forums-- it's near the bottom-- and click on it. Then at the top you should see three posts that are hi lighted in green. One of them should say Role Play rules.
