I'm an old school fan, not many people can get on my level, haha.
I started at the end of the PS2/Wii era with Tales of the Abyss. (Or was it Symphonia 2? I can't remember, XD)

Damn, you're a higher rank then me. Oh well, just glad I'm not alone on the forums. I've only beaten Xillia1, currently playing Xillia2. I have Symphonia for the PS3, but I think I wanna wait till i'm done with X2. I'm just saving up for Tales of Zestria Collectors edition.

I've played all the US Tales games and about a 5th of the Japanese ones. I'm not a fan of the Tales forums after the old one collapsed, they're dead, and way too harsh, although they do have good theories.

Harsh form members, mods/admins or both? Theories in terms of stories right? And I'm freaking poor right now. It comes out Mid-October and I need the moneyyyy. I do plan on getting some of the older titles like Destiny/2, Phantasia, and probably Abyss when I managed to find them. I know there's more games but I want to take my time with them.

Yup, theories as in stories. As for the forums, it's just impossible to fit in, even on the old server.
It took me about 5 years to play as many tales games as I did, so do take your time, each tales game has an amazing story, with an even better cast!~

5 years? Pretty well spent time on a good series. Is it just me, or does ToX2 feels like New Game + from ToX1? It felt odd knowing that Ludger is a silent protagonist because I wanted him to say some badass lines or comebacks, but I guess grunts and short sentences will just stay with him, i'm fine with it either way.

About everything in a mix, that's the fandom, but it's more controlled than the FF fandom.
I took a 4 year break between TOL and TOV, so altogether, I've been a fan for about 10 years. As for Ludger, I think he's adorable, and his face expressions are bad-ass enough on top of all the OP-ness the Tales Studio gave him. I felt like it was a whole new game altogether, just with some old friends.
