Because I don't change peoples' names unless they're going to stick with them anyway - why would I change your name for literally ten seconds? And why would I do it just so you can get around my rule? Simply, you're asking for a custom title, which we don't give out to just anyone asking for them. You have to win them or be awarded them. That's all.
