Can you add a request page, you can say a request and anybody can see it and make what you requested? I want it to be available to people on readonly mode too. Plz?

A request for what? Art? Because we have the Requests section on the forums for that. :) Also, read only means that - read only people can't post anywhere publicly on the site because they're being punished.

No - Read Only status nearly always expires after a while. You have to be a persistent ban evader or flamer to be permanently Read Only.
