I would use the old standby "pretend the audience is in their underwear," but that got old (and perverted) after about age 12. :| basically just pretend you're having a (happenstance scripted) convo with your good friend. Just act like the audience isn't there, but merealy an interesting wall that keeps drawing your attention (hence why you're always turned towards it).

Ah, where do you live then?

I live in Massachusetts, but I drive (well, my dad, I'm not old enough) through New York each summer, and in June of my 4th grade year I went to New York with my aunts, mom, and cousin. We went to the Nintendo Shop.
