Okay, so there'd be a referee who decides. It seems a bit arbitrary, to be honest - there doesn't seem to be much skill involved.

Ok, lets see if we can find a site that can put the custom pokemon against each other so that skill is required or we get one of those 4th gen pokemon stadium games and set up the teams or we can create the teams on OR/AS and use them on wifi battles to determine who wins
