Which do you mean? All the sprites are either official Game Freak sprites or community-submitted under the Characters tab, and the Pokémon panels are made by staff, of which I did do some.

I can't sprite characters, myself. If you really want it, you'd have to make it yourself, or post a request in the Requests forum (make sure you specifically say you want it for the TCM).
