Welcome back to Pokécharms! We've recently launched a new site and upgraded forums, so there may be a few teething issues as everything settles in. Please see our Relaunch FAQs for more information.
*Hugs Back*
I was playing a bit of flag football, and I fell while catching the ball. I heard something crack, but I thought it wasn't serious. So,Broken from the top bone and partially down. But,I can wiggle some of my toes, although it is painful.
I'm currently awaiting my fate.
They said they'll get me a splint today, and a cast and crutches tomorrow.Apparently they want me to take some walking lessons, and a lesson on how to use crutches.
Ahh, fair enough. Crutches are a pain to use at first but you kinda get used to them after a while. Physical therapy will likely be a thing once your foot recovers, regardless :x
I guess it can be XDDDD I've had far too many of my shares of twisted ankles and even a torn ACL, so I'm personally a little tired of lower-body injuries. Best of luck with everything though ;D
Ah thank you~
Another one of my friends, tore her ACL a while ago, and she's still on crutches.
But,We are now crutch buddies, but I have claimed the title as The crutch lord.
Torn ACLs are the worst! ;; Bones can at least heal and all that, but ACLs, noooo you have to get surgery because your ligaments can't actually heal themselves! I STILL haven't gone through surgery almost five years later and every now and then I get knee problems and just ughhh
It can be depending on the height you fell from and how much damage falling did to your face. Breaking a bone, however, is more a lasting nuisance with risk of injuring it more with one wrong move. Recovery can take anywhere from a few months to years to never :x
