It's not really that cool - it's a hell of a lot of responsibility, I'm afraid. It is fun most of the time, but it's also a job, and you have to be on the site all the time you possibly can be. And then sometimes you have to issue warnings or bans to people you like or are friends with - which is horrible. It's also not great having to use your power on people, they tend to not like you very much

Either way, there is no application process to become staff - we (specifically the admins) choose who we think would fit, and ask them to join if we need another staff member.

We only ask people who have been on the site a very long time, and people who are sufficiently old enough to handle the responsibilities - there's a lot of trust and maturity required for the job. I don't think we've hired people younger than 16 since Doctor Oak was 16 himself

Oh yeah, I fixed that for you I wasn't actually referring to your stated age in particular anyway, I was referring in general. (I knew you were younger than 16 without ever having looked at your age on your profile xp)

Pretty much. I'm actually pretty good at telling someone's age by the way they type/act. It's okay, you're not immature or anything, I just got a vague sense about it.

Oh, is it like an adult supernatural ability, i wish i could do that at school, one of my teachers looks young but her son is like 30 years old
