We generally don't allow works based on bases unless they are significantly, unrecognisably different, sorry

You may only use a base /if you're the one who made the base/. You're not allowed to use anyone else's bases.

What happens if you get a third warning for uploading someone's art?

You'd probably be locked out of the Corner at that point, but it really varies depending on your warning history. The system hands out punishments automatically based on how many you have that haven't expired yet, and how many points they're worth.

We can also override the system at will when we feel the need, of course - some art thieves (people who actually claim they made someone else's work) skip moderation and go straight to read-only if they do it often and badly enough, for example. Or if we know the person isn't trying to mess us about and are just making mistakes, we can make the warnings less harsh.
