It's a freaking magic bird apparently, because there's literally no where it could have came in at. Our dogs would've noticed if it flew in the door while we were taking them in and out. All windows are closed, although I guess maybe it could've somehow squeezed in past an air conditioner.

Birds were usually brought into the house by my cats when I was growing up. 
I can't imagine a bird trying to enter a house willingly though. Goodness sounds like a bit of chaos.

We do have my cat, but he definitely couldn't have brought it in since he stays outside. And yes, it is indeed chaos. Especially since we have 2 German Shepards in the house, one of which tries to grab any bird he sees, whether chicken, emu, quail, or regular ol bird like the one flying around in our bathroom right now because we can't get it out.
