Surprisingly enough, all the staff are in fact actual people. So we all act like regular people.

Adding to what Teapot's said: unlike on some websites where the admin staff are all work and no play, the majority of us are active members within the community, too. I do and enjoy this job because I love Pokemon and Pokecharms. Wouldn't stick with it otherwise. ^^
