i am new here and i saw people's trainer cards and they had pc boxes so how do you get them

If you mean Pokémon on the cards, scroll down from the top box with your cards a little, and there's a tab bar with a load of options on it. Click the one that says "Pokemon"

If you mean actual PC boxes with more than six Pokémon, the TCM doesnt have that feature - you'd have to make your own cars from scratch in something like Paint.
